The Sacroiliac Joint Pain Muscle (How to Release It for INSTANT RELIEF)
Вставка
- Опубліковано 21 тра 2024
- Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly release tightness and tension in muscles that cause the most pain around the sacroiliac joint (aka SI joint).
A big contributing factor of sacroiliac joint pain and discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles that can lead to painful strain and inflammation.
This video will keep it simple by fixing weakness and tightness in the main muscles that cause pain in this area, especially the glutes, piriformis, and hip flexors.
Each exercise works a little differently. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most pain relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home and require no equipment.
Watch now for quick and long-lasting sacroiliac joint muscle pain relief!

@DrRowe does this problem cause a slight pain at the base of the penis ? I've got the exact same problem as you advertised in the thumbnail on the video only I've also got a slight pain at the base of the penis just above the testicle on my right side
I have been to chiropractors and physical therapists but no one can take away the pain I have in my sacrum. is it possible it's the ligaments that are ghosting and i was wondering if you have a video of that type of problem?
thanks for all the great tips you post
Great exercise , to the point. Thank You.
rowe I am firm believer of chiropractor medicine yet a certain painful issue continues to arise after receiving adjustments from a certain clinic...I'm not sure how to address this with Drs. ??
some of the x are just too painful to attempt
a PT was the only person who actually tweaked my sacrum to be rid of pain:)
now it's returned 😢
please help
Tky sir, i have much pain .please Is there and exercise tò help me for crural pain and at the pudendal and obturator nerves? 😢
Great content! I appreciate that you don’t try to be flashy to grab views but instead focus on the mechanics for results.
Thanks for watching!
I have suffered from sciatic nerve pressure for the last 25 years off and on. No physical therapist has ever shown me these exercises and the very first time I did the first set in the video, I felt immediate relief. I am going to continue to build up my muscle strength, and Length with these exercises and I thank you very much for this video.
I learned this from jane fonda in the eighties😂
I cannot believe how many times you have put a video up that has directly been about what I had at the time . Amazing!
Same here. He can read our minds.
Same here!
Same thing here
Same here
I tried this last night and was able to sleep thru the night without pain. I can't believe how easy it was and how effective. Thank you so much for posting this.
Glad it helped!
I’ve had abductor pain for years, been to physical therapy. The first exercise did more to relieve my pain then anything before.
I did it about 6 days. Most of the pain that tortured me the last 6 months ist gone. I can do my gardening again and I feel so relieved.
I am really happy to see a fellow therapist following the exercises method instead of the "cracking bones for temporal relief" crap. Congratulations doc ! There is still hope !
👍👍👍👍👍
What about putting a scoliosis back and hips back into place?
You can do it through consistent exercising. Of course there are cases of severe damage that can only be undone through surgery. In case of scoliosis, someone at some point didn't do or provide the exercises needed to reverse it and of course if we are talking about a person who is older than 20 years of age, then you can only make micro corrections to make your routine easier and can't reverse the damage done completely
@@zaraki_byakuya- You appear to be a textbook example of narrow mindedness.
@danmyers9372 And you seem to conclude without stating any arguments. I guess that's how you live your life
I've been dealing with horrible pain since last summer... Multiple chiropractor appointments, massage, ibuprofen etc..... Instant relief! I just need to do it multiple times a day. I can't wait to be able to start walking more and running again!
Perfect timing! I swear you're psychic!
I had both of my knees replaced last year and had excellent results. The knees are great but I’m having low back pain i think d/t deconditioning . My knees are uncomfortable to kneel on. Are there any modifications for the kneeling exercises?
...or perhaps you injected nano-fungus into your body that now allows your cell phone to scan your body for tension, disease, or illness and use that information to know what videos to show you. 🤷♀️
This guy is just amazing. My hip pain went in minutes
I'm so glad I found your video. I was in an automobile accident and my Si-joint was injured. I am in so much pain, locked up so tight, stiff and unbalanced.
Wow’ the exercises truly works. My right hip, lower back and right leg give me plenty of trouble. Thanks for this valuable information.
Our bodies are like engines: They lock up and rust if they don't move
💯
If you rest, you rust!
At least after 25/30🫠🤣
This is so on time. In the pic is my exact pain, I'm 120lbs F, my senior 15y/o dog is 65lbs, I've been having to pick him up to put him on the bed or up stairs, it's a lot on my back. My hubby got me some weights to help build my arms up bc I want to be able to help my senior dog on my own when my husband isn't home. I've built my arms up so I can lift him now but I need some exercises to work my back up so I won't get injured so much. Thank you for this video, I'm going to start doing it today. Thanks again! 👍
My labrador is 35kg and despite his own arthritis he is very powerful and stubborn, not a great combination that has wreaked havoc on my wrist and my back. Good luck building up your muscles - I'm teaching my dog the power of kibble incentives!
Exactly my spot as well
At your weight to strength ratio, you should NOT be lifting anything that heavy. You are going to hurt yourself eventually. If you mess a disc up in your back you will be in bad shape for a long time. Please find an alternate solution
You never failed me, helping my back pains. Thank you so much! May God bless you more and your channel!
It was amazing even with one time exercise I felt relief
last night the pain started. didn't even know what to call such kind of pain. the video came right away on a perfect day. thank you doc
Glad you found the video and thanks for watching!
Dr Rowe is my go to for pain relieving exercises.

I absolutely love your videos....they WORK! The instructions, graphics, terminology (w/ spelling!), demonstration, effective exercises and your calming, soothing voice all work together to help us lay people take care of our own aches and pains. THANK YOU for sharing and caring!
So many great stretches in one video! I can’t wait to feel loose and noodly later. Much love, doc! ❤
Thanks for watching!
Thank you! Almost 73 years old and have been dealing with hip, si joint, periformis and i t band pain for 8 weeks now. Watching this at nearly midnight due to discomfort stealing sleep. Very much looking forward to trying these stretches and exercises in the morning! I’ll comment again afterwards. 🤞
Greetings from South Africa...❣️🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
Thanks so much for the info...❣️🌹
I've had these pains for 14 year's now & some day's I can't even take 10 step's without wanting to cry out pain other day's are a little bit better...
Most doctor's in South Africa will not refer you to chiropractor's...
Most medical aid's don't even support chiropractor's...
May God Bless you in Abundance Always...❣️🥰💜🤍❤️🔥
No drama....yet an enormous help! Thank you Dr R Saving)
Thanks for watching!
Great again! This is just the area I need today! Just left the chiropractor and massage therapist. The movement I need right now. Thank you! 🙏
Thanks 🙏 Dr Mike as always 🙏🐺God Bless you Dude 🤙
Thanks again for watching!
Thank you!! Can’t wait to start working on all of these in hopes of finally getting relief from my back pain issues.
I've gone to doctors and physio, none suggested what you have, but this looks like it describes the pain I experience so it might be the thing that helps.
Incredible timing seeing this very hepful video! Thank you !! Already the first two exercises gave a big pain relief so I’m definitely going to do them again several times today! Lower back pain really needs tender and proper care and strengthening of the muscles! 😢❤😊 great video! 🙏🏻🧚🏻♀️
I have been diagnosed with deteriorating SI joints, both are going. I have some stretches that give me pain relief and will add these with my physical therapist's approval. Thank you.
Exactly what I needed! Have been suffering with SI joint pain for some time now. Well demonstrated! Thank you!!
Had a pain coming through my buttock for a while and thought it hip. Couldn’t sleep properly and had to be on back with leg raised. Went to osteopath and had some acupuncture but pain persisted afterwards but he was sure it wasn’t a bad hip. In the end I had to google “cause of pain coming through right buttocks” and came across “deep glute syndrome”. The symptoms and causes matched and then I came across this video and co-incidentally the exercises here are the ones I was naturally trying to ease my pain but now I can conduct them with more professionalism and knowledge. I’ve only started today but certainly all of the explanations match and have an impact. Thank you for such a precise video 😊
I’ve been suffering from hip and lower back pain for a few months. Chiropractic work, acupuncture and cold laser therapy have been temporary helps, but I tried this tonight after inability to sleep, and I feel better. I’m hoping to get a few hours f quality rest, and will repeat the exercises tomorrow. Thank you!!
I’ve been having buttock and pain/ tenderness going down both my legs. When I start walking at a good pace my left foot falls asleep. I have an mri coming up soon. Hoping to find some pain relief. It’s been 2 years. I do appreciate your videos that can help others get their relief.
Your videos have been life saving for me. I have SI Joint Dysfunction and I use your videos to help when I’m locked up. Thank you so much!!!!
Glad the exercises are helping you and thanks for watching!
Man I cannot thank you enough! That was so nice on my pained body!! Truly awesome!
Can't like to try your Exercise tomorrow.
Thank you for the exercises. They really help. I have again pain in my right leg. Today it was so painful to walk back from work, because of stiffness and pain in leg muscles. Nevermind before how painful it can be. I did stretching exercises and pain not so much more. Yes, and I figured out a reason of pain and stiffness: it is sitting for 1,5 hour.
Thank you for advice one more time.
Dr. Rpwe your videos are informative and helpful. Your voice is calm and soothing. Thank you. 🇨🇦
Thanks for watching!
Thanks doctor ma our Lord continues giving you more wisdom, it's exactly on point
Absolutely genius in seemingly solving my problems…seems to have totally stretched out my 4 weeks of pain and problems in one 20 minute session…had initially injured the area doing goblet squats…many thanks🇺🇸🇺🇸
The great Dr Rowe has saved the day once again. Great content. Regards. 😀
Thanks for watching!
I just found your two videos, this one and one on hip pain relief. I am a retired firefighter (2 years now with over 38 years on the job), and have sustained many back injuries over those years. I now own and operate a business that keeps me on my feet all day, not to mention I just got a VERY active Dalmatian puppy that wants to play a lot. The pain in my low back and left hip becomes almost unbearable at times, and my hip muscles are in spasm and swollen. I am going to start these stretches and exercises slowly in the hopes that they work for me. I will report back in a few weeks. Thank you for being here and willing to show and teach these techniques. Most medical professionals would want to charge you to teach them to you. If I was closer, I would come to your office without hesitation.
really simple and effective exercices !
This is great! I can't wait to try this. Thank you
Great job sir.your every video are very helpful.
I’m going to try these exercises today!
I’ve come to love your channel, you legitimately have the solutions to the problems I’ve been having at just about the same time that you’ve uploaded them. Thank you.
This was extremely helpful for me today. Than you!
Doc, i suoi video mi sono molto utili. Grazie 😊
Excellent. Thanks.
These are going to have to be in my everyday routine ! Thank u Dr. Rowe you are a treasure of a find. U explain things so well and this makes all the difference in the world !
Thank you I have been having this pain recently do a lot of squats in the gym so will try this and will keep you posted on results
Amazing stretch. I felt a pop on my right side immediately. The other side is trickier to stretch. But i feel doing this daily will eventually "release" that side as well. Much appreciated.
Thanks for watching!
This is amazing Thankyou so much!!!!😊
I'm back again to strengthen by back. Love the content and explanations! Thank you!
Thanks for watching!
Thankyou 🙏🏻 this really helped
for whatever reason this video came across my UA-cam feed. I have had this type of pain before and just worked through it. Now I sort of can’t wait until I get these pains again to try these exercises. I saved this video and you earned another Subscriber 👍🏻
Thank you! Trying all kinds of ways to loosen the muscles in this area. Belly dancing helps too.
Thank you for this video. I practised the exercises, and I feel much power in my left leg following a Dx of Sciatica
Thank you very much
Thanks Dr. Rowe. Your videos are always helpful and informative. Your demonstrations are done in a manner that are easy to follow . For the bird dog I was surprised you did not stretch out the opposite arm forward from the leg you are searching backward. That's how I see that mostly demonstrated and it helps. It was a perfect "next level" for you.
WOW these are great! ❤
Nice information
Is good to feel like you have a petsonal therapist. ❤❤❤

Glad to hear that and thanks for watching!
Thank you already feeling better, years of side stepping symptoms, cure is better!!!
After two days of remaining immobilised in bed I seriously starting to wonder if I would ever walk again. Yes this the location of pain. Well done, good man. 😅
This stretch helps. Doing it every morning. Thanks Dr. Rowe
Hope the exercises help you for a long time to come!
I'm going to give these a try. I've been diagnosed with arthritis in the si joint and have had injections into the joint in the past. In all the time I've had this problem I've never been advised that strengthening these different sets of muscles could help me. thank you
That feels like my hip area jst released tension big time. Ty
I feel like I can breathe better ! Thank you
Wow! Thank you very much. These exercises really helped my horrible pain.
Glad it helped!
Thanks
This is exactly where my pain is located, 247/365. I can’t even stand up straight or walk a half of block without feeling stiff in pain and having to immediately sit down. I’m only 67 yrs of age and I’m terrified that I may end up in a wheelchair soon.
My wife is 69 and has suffered with this for two years. Two months ago her neurosurgeon placed a titanium screw in each side of the SI joint. It literally was near instantaneously relieved. I encourage anyone suffering with this to speak to a competent neurosurgeon. This is an unbelievable cure for the pain if exercise doesn’t help. I cannot stress enough how successful this was for her.
I had an L5S1 fusion in 2005. Now I have problems with this SI joint pain.
Thank you for this excellent content! For me personally, the first stretch greatly helped to "free" things up. I will definitely be trying the whole routine! What is the recommended frequency (e.g., daily, 3x/week, etc.) for performing these stretches/exercises? Thanks!
Thank you🙏
Thanks for watching!
Looking forward to this. Was in the ER just last week for raging sciatica so bad I can still barely bend over to feed my cat. Feels like someone jammed an ice pick into me. Six days of hell and counting. 😖
thank you
Thanks for watching!
Thank you ❤ it works 🎉
Glad it helped!
I just naturally did this recently. But i gently used my hand. I got a pop every day. Now if i try it wont
But if i sit and lean to the right that same left side gives me a tiny pop. It helps 😊 right side wont wirk for me.
