  • Dr. Rowe shows how to quickly release tightness and tension in muscles that cause the most pain around the sacroiliac joint (aka SI joint).
A big contributing factor of sacroiliac joint pain and discomfort comes from a build up of stress, tension, and tightness in muscles that can lead to painful strain and inflammation.
This video will keep it simple by fixing weakness and tightness in the main muscles that cause pain in this area, especially the glutes, piriformis, and hip flexors.
Each exercise works a little differently. To get the best results, go through them all and use what gives you the most pain relief.
As a bonus, all of these exercises can be done at home and require no equipment.
Watch now for quick and long-lasting sacroiliac joint muscle pain relief!

rowe I am firm believer of chiropractor medicine yet a certain painful issue continues to arise after receiving adjustments from a certain clinic...I'm not sure how to address this with Drs. ??
some of the x are just too painful to attempt
a PT was the only person who actually tweaked my sacrum to be rid of pain:)
      now it's returned 😢

I have suffered from sciatic nerve pressure for the last 25 years off and on. No physical therapist has ever shown me these exercises and the very first time I did the first set in the video, I felt immediate relief. I am going to continue to build up my muscle strength, and Length with these exercises and I thank you very much for this video.

What about putting a scoliosis back and hips back into place?

    • @zaraki_byakuya
      @zaraki_byakuya 20 днів тому +1

You can do it through consistent exercising. Of course there are cases of severe damage that can only be undone through surgery. In case of scoliosis, someone at some point didn't do or provide the exercises needed to reverse it and of course if we are talking about a person who is older than 20 years of age, then you can only make micro corrections to make your routine easier and can't reverse the damage done completely

This is so on time. In the pic is my exact pain, I'm 120lbs F, my senior 15y/o dog is 65lbs, I've been having to pick him up to put him on the bed or up stairs, it's a lot on my back. My hubby got me some weights to help build my arms up bc I want to be able to help my senior dog on my own when my husband isn't home. I've built my arms up so I can lift him now but I need some exercises to work my back up so I won't get injured so much. Thank you for this video, I'm going to start doing it today. Thanks again! 👍

Had a pain coming through my buttock for a while and thought it hip. Couldn’t sleep properly and had to be on back with leg raised. Went to osteopath and had some acupuncture but pain persisted afterwards but he was sure it wasn’t a bad hip. In the end I had to google “cause of pain coming through right buttocks” and came across “deep glute syndrome”. The symptoms and causes matched and then I came across this video and co-incidentally the exercises here are the ones I was naturally trying to ease my pain but now I can conduct them with more professionalism and knowledge. I’ve only started today but certainly all of the explanations match and have an impact. Thank you for such a precise video 😊

I just found your two videos, this one and one on hip pain relief. I am a retired firefighter (2 years now with over 38 years on the job), and have sustained many back injuries over those years. I now own and operate a business that keeps me on my feet all day, not to mention I just got a VERY active Dalmatian puppy that wants to play a lot. The pain in my low back and left hip becomes almost unbearable at times, and my hip muscles are in spasm and swollen. I am going to start these stretches and exercises slowly in the hopes that they work for me. I will report back in a few weeks. Thank you for being here and willing to show and teach these techniques. Most medical professionals would want to charge you to teach them to you. If I was closer, I would come to your office without hesitation.

After two days of remaining immobilised in bed I seriously starting to wonder if I would ever walk again. Yes this the location of pain. Well done, good man. 😅

I'm going to give these a try. I've been diagnosed with arthritis in the si joint and have had injections into the joint in the past. In all the time I've had this problem I've never been advised that strengthening these different sets of muscles could help me. thank you

This is exactly where my pain is located, 247/365. I can’t even stand up straight or walk a half of block without feeling stiff in pain and having to immediately sit down. I’m only 67 yrs of age and I’m terrified that I may end up in a wheelchair soon.

My wife is 69 and has suffered with this for two years. Two months ago her neurosurgeon placed a titanium screw in each side of the SI joint. It literally was near instantaneously relieved. I encourage anyone suffering with this to speak to a competent neurosurgeon. This is an unbelievable cure for the pain if exercise doesn’t help. I cannot stress enough how successful this was for her.

Thank you for this excellent content! For me personally, the first stretch greatly helped to "free" things up. I will definitely be trying the whole routine! What is the recommended frequency (e.g., daily, 3x/week, etc.) for performing these stretches/exercises? Thanks!

Looking forward to this. Was in the ER just last week for raging sciatica so bad I can still barely bend over to feed my cat. Feels like someone jammed an ice pick into me. Six days of hell and counting. 😖

I just naturally did this recently. But i gently used my hand. I got a pop every day. Now if i try it wont
But if i sit and lean to the right that same left side gives me a tiny pop. It helps 😊 right side wont wirk for me.
