I originally subscribed to you for back pain relief and never expected this video. It actually worked. My tinnitus isn't fully gone after one day, but for the first time in years, the world is quieter. You change lives. Thank you so much!
Thank you Dr. Rowe. I've had tinnitus for over 30 years, and it stopped momentarily in both ears during the 2nd exercise. This might be unrealistic, but I'd appreciate you offering an exercise channel and lead the entire round of each exercise, as if you were leading a class. It would definitely help us seniors, and also people from each generation. It's wonderful to know the names of each muscle the exercise is helping. The more I learn about my body, the better care I can give it. You're an excellent instructor.
Mind. Blown. 🤯 My tinnitus has gotten really bad and has recently become frighteningly distracting. The 30-second movements SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the ringing immediately. What a godsend you are! Thank you so much! These are all going into my daily routine.

Have been suffering from tinnitus for 17 years, caused by too high pressure in which my left eardrum has exploded. Had surgery on it 3 times and wouldn't go away and at audiology at the hospitals they had no equipment to mask it because the signal I have is above 20k hertz ,but your second finger exercise has given me some rest and relieve after 17 years! I had a sudden onset of acute tinnitus this morning brought on by hearing fatigue. It was a maddening cicada-like chirp that kept steadily getting louder and more distressing. I did four rounds of these exercises and got about a 98% reduction in the tinnitus. A good night's rest should solve the remaining symptoms. Thank you so much. You saved my sanity today!
Omgggg thank you thank you thank you…I am in the middle of studying for my final surgical assistant exam and the whooshing noise was driving me crazy‼️
My tinnitus started 2 years ago and I researched and never found anything that worked for me. As a musician I just assumed it was because of all the loud volume from playing and concerts and I just had to live with it. The first exercise helped so much, I really can’t believe it! Awesome job! Thanks for all your videos and putting good out into the world! 👏👏👏👏👏
3:12 - To add to this exercise I also tried placing my thumbs on the tragus on both ears, gently pushed them inward blocking yr ear canals, (essentially the same thing he does with his palms, just with yr thumbs) & moving them counter clockwise while hearing/ feeling a “popping” sound/ sensation, in conjunction with his exercise has really made a significant impact of relief of the ringing noise! It was almost euphoric I might add. I could see how most people would automatically assume this is all “gimmicky”, & while it doesn’t provide a “long term” solution, it does provide a significant amount of relief! Especially when yr ear has been ringing for a few days, receiving even a few minutes of relief is worth it 110%‼️
Thank you so much!!!! The ear tugging worked instantly for me!! I have been hearing a low humm forever (years) and I was going crazy it literally went away instantly. You saved me from my own thoughts.
Great tips! I tried, sadly it didn’t work, but it helped release pressure and what you were describing interestingly is exactly what’s happening to me. I have pain in my jaw and this ringing started while I was really stressed 2 days ago on my computer. I noticed when using a q-tip, and clean out wax I felt my ear get muffled like sticky closed as I think I push some wax by accident (does that come back out naturally?). So I don’t know if it’s from sinus with stress or infection. Might need to see a doctor, but I’ll keep trying this. Thank you 🙏🏼
Excited to try these exercises to see if it helps relieve a little of my chronic tinnitus. My own Doc said there was nothing I can do, just try not to let it upset me - I'd rather have SOMETHING to try rather than just give up! 😢
It's kind of the same for me but it never last more than 10 to 30 seconds which is very frustrating. The vibration always comes back so quickly. Did you find a way to make the effect last in time?
@@VideoGammerMan Thank you very much for making this comment. Mine last for about five minutes. But, my right ear isn't as loud anymore, I think. I believe that the truth is that something in my diet makes the big difference. I don't know what it is, but on some days I have almost no ringing in my ears and some days it's really loud. No other factors seem to control this and I really think that it is diet.
@@NorthPoleJeff Thank you for your answer. It's the same for me, it really depends on days or moments of days. Sometimes it randomly stops for a few minutes. I never thought about diet though, my theory is more regarding stress or tension in the cervicals or in the jaw. I think about it because I noticed very hot water often calms it down, and visiting an osteopath helped for a time, then it came back. As of now the mystery remains.
@@VideoGammerMan I never thought about it being stress. I'm a senior citizen and at times, a severely disabled veteran. In my disabled times I can do nothing at all, not even talk on the phone for more than a few minutes. Then when I'm feeling better, I have to catch up with all of the stress things that have accumulated over the months that I have been down. The stress may be the cause, I will start following that thought, you may be absolutely right. Thank you and have a nice day.
Thank you! I will give this a try. Good to find a video addressing the pain I've been dealing with since the 70's when diagnosed with TMJ. I'm used to the ringing in my ears at this point, but can always hear it over everything else, and at times it gets pretty strong.

Thanks for giving me hope to reduce this annoying noise.
Mind. Blown. 🤯 My tinnitus has gotten really bad and has recently become frighteningly distracting. The 30-second movements SIGNIFICANTLY reduced the ringing immediately. What a godsend you are! Thank you so much! These are all going into my daily routine.

Thank God I came across this video looking at researching tinnitus. May God bless you my dear friend, after only doing the first two exercises I noticed an immediate improvement. I've looked for relief from my tinnitus for year. No doctor has ever showed me these exercises! They do indeed help lessen the ringing. Ty so very much for sharing!!
Glad to hear that, and keep at it!
I randomly came across this video. I have been suffering for a couple years with tinnitus. I can’t say that the ringing completely stopped, but it definitely eased. I will watch this video a couple times a day and see what happens. Thank you so much!
Tinnitus is still there but I don't feel the pain anymore so I'm going to do this exercise daily. Thank you very much for this and I wish everyone with tinnitus good luck it's not a easy life!

Great tips! I tried, sadly it didn’t work, but it helped release pressure and what you were describing interestingly is exactly what’s happening to me. I have pain in my jaw and this ringing started while I was really stressed 2 days ago on my computer.
