  • The frost is beginning to melt away and February brings us some of the most flavourful wild food ingredients of the year!
    Follow Vix through Wacker Quay as she discusses fragrant wild garlic, the vibrant scarlet elf cup, succulent sea purslane, buttercups and alexanders, all along the backdrop of the stunning estuary. Then, we warm up with delicious gnocchi, cooked and flavoured with the amazing wild greens harvested from the trip!

    We don't want to let lockdown stop us from teaching you all about wonderful wild foods, which is why we've created a new Family Foraging Kitchen video series!
    From now until April, we're going to be releasing six educational episodes that take you on a virtual foraging tour of our Cornish environments, showing you some of the delicious foods that can be found there, as well as a guide on how to eat and cook them too!
    These episodes also coincide with our Wild Food boxes, which are available for free once a month to support twenty local households across the Rame Peninsula. Each box is delivered with the ingredients you will see in our virtual foraging series and contains inspirational recipe cards too!
