Virtual Foraging - Wild Food Cooking At Maker Heights [Series 2, Episode 6]

In our final episode of Series 2, Vix takes to Maker Heights, with its stunning views of Cornwall's coast, to create a delicious meal from hedgerow ingredients, such as cow parsley, red campions, and spearmint!
This video has been created to complement our Wild Food Box initiative, whereby each month we forage and deliver twenty free boxes of wild food ingredients, offering them to low and no-income homes within our area. It is our hope that, with this project, we can help challenges of food poverty by sharing a passion and knowledge for foraged foods.
