Sir my son is 9yr old his 1 teeth s like yellowish colour it’s not going if I brush it hard pl tl remedy to cure that and he has stomach obisety pl tl remedy to reduce it waiting fr ur reply.

Sleep is the hardest thing to achieve for me , 1 do exercises everyday , weight lifting in work , I fall asleep at @8 but wake up at 10 or 11 pm thats hit no more sleep 🥺
Next day around 2 or 3 pm ill start getting headache because of no sleep , it has become a routine for me dont know what to do 🥺
After getting up at 11, don’t get lost in mobile. Instead, spend time in walking inside the house, play sudoku, crossword puzzles and other similar games. Postpone worries for next day. Go to bed without any congestion in mind. You will again get good sleep. All the best 🌹🌹.

Sir, if possible try these
1. Maintain your regular sleep time.
2. Avoid heavy dinner and food with masala items. And also have dinner 2 to 3 hours before sleeping.
3. Have half a cup of warm turmeric milk 2 hours before sleeping.
4. Have a warm water bath before going to bed.
5. Do not use your mobile phones from an hour before your sleep time. Mobile phones emit blue light which causes sleeplessness. Also, avoid watching television.
Try all these along with your weight lifting work out.
