Thank You for the question! Its 3 different workouts each week for 4 weeks. For example Mon- Core, Wed - Cardio, Fri- Sculpt. 12 different workouts in total. Those videos are available in the membership section (only $4.95)

Hey Coach I just joined and have been checking out the program. I was wondering what weight I should order for the program. Should I use only a single kettlebell for the enitre 90 day program, Or should I increase the weight of the kettlebell after every four weeks?
I am a 73kg Indian 30yo/F, my BMI is 28.9 ,skeletal muscle 37% and bodyfat is 36%. What weight would you suggest I should start with?

@@28DayNewYou I have a single 20kg kb which I used for deadlifts and swings over the last one month. I used my 2kg and 5kg dumbbells for upperbody workouts before.
I need your suggestion to decide on what weights to use for the 90 day program, with a focus on body recomposition.
I can buy two 8kg bells and two 12 kg bells on the budget that I have.
For the Body Recomp program I mostly used a 20lbs kettlebell
My wife uses a 12 lbs kettlebell
