I haven’t worked out properly from over a year this I did this morning it was so straight forward, easy to keep up and no waiting around excellent 👌🏽 I then attempted it again tonight I am feeling the muscle aches so it’s working!!! I want to do this everyday.
It was both my first time ever using a kettelebell (10 lbs) @ (55) And, truly working out, other than my walking 10k-15k steps a day 5 days a week, in over a decade. 🤐 And, that was, other than some slight timing and balancing on one foot issues, that was really good, and it did get my heart, breathing, and sweat going a bit. 😏 Thank you. 👍🏻 See you again tomorrow. 💪🏼😎
Thanks I have missed kettlebell workouts. I have several kettlebells at home, dont go to gym. Could you do basic fullbody kettlebell easy moves? Maybe 15 min and if wants, can do it twice getting 30min. I love kettlebell moves are comprehensive targeting many muscles and joints. Many moves at gym target only few muscles. Ofcourse it depends what you wanna train. I need strength to all dayly life, not big muscles and kettlebell is good.
