I turn the sound off on most of these.
Thank you for not mentioning calories, “earning” food, or body change concepts. A lot of people find those triggering to negative body image or eating distress. It’s great to find a workout video that doesn’t present exercise as a mode of body change. I am fat, and I’m staying fat. I’ve had issues with disordered eating behaviours and body hatred in the past. But now I work out because it feels good and because I love my body, not because I hate it and want to change it.

It took many tries, each time I made it a little further, but I finally made it through the 10 minute workout this morning!
That is literally the first time I’ve ever picked up a kettlebell in my life. I stepped on the scale early this morning and it yelled at me “TWO TWENTY THREEEEEEE POINT SIX!!!” And I came to the gym first thing today. I’m so out of shape but I am very proud of myself for lasting the entire ten minutes with you. 18 lb kettlebell. The push-ups were hard AF and I definitely need routinely practice. I just wanted to say thank you! ☮️💕🙃

One of my favorite full body kettlebell workout videos! I've always struggled with "back rolls" even when I was a size 4 in high school so my back and obliques are always a concern when I put on a little more weight. I've been doing this workout 4 times a week for the last 3 weeks and I'm noticing that area of my body is becoming smoother. Those windmills and rows really work for me!!

This is a great workout with or without pairing up with another workout. I mostly use this for days I don’t feel like exercising, and it gets me motivated to do more.

Thank you for making this. You really incorporated a lot of muscle groups into a very simplistic video that can be done with just a kettle bell and little bit of space. I also love that it's 25 minutes. I will be checking out your other videos to see if i can match this with another workout to combine for longer workouts when I need it.

I am new to kettlebell workout; and used this 10 min workout for the very first time today with a 10lbs kettlebell and OMG! I feel the burn and sweat like crazy. Phew! I’ll be sore tomorrow. Thanks for a great workout! I’ll make sure to incorporate this to my daily exercise.

Okay. Made it until the push ups today. Was too out of breath to continue. Close but no cigar. Soon though, I can feel it. Does'nt seem like Amy is going that fast when you just watch but when you try to keep pace it kicks your ass!

I just found this video a few months ago to spice up my 2x a week strength training routine. I run 15 miles a week (3 a day) and I add this 10 min workout after that run twice a week. I work full time, long hours, and have 2 school age kids and I so appreciate these awesome short videos! Love that you use kettlebells too!! THANK YOU!

The 10 minute version is a great finisher to a lifting workout or on it's own if you're crunched for time. If you really want to torture yourself, do a double kettlebell swing if you have a pair of the same weight.
