I started my health and fitness journey in July, and I've lost 3 stone so far (I still have a long way to go) and you are a big part of that. I’ a single mom of two a soon to be 3 year old and a soon to be 1 year old. I found you two days ago and my body feels so good after these workouts. I will definitely do this 5 times a week and hopefully i can start feeling comfortable in my own body soon again 🙏🏼 So thank you for these workouts

That’s amazing, you should feel so proud in of your body already, it has carried and given birth to two tiny humans, THAT IS AMAZING! it takes time after child birth to feel yourself again but it’s so normal so don’t put pressure on yourself, start with sticking to a 3 times a week routine before moving to 5. I also have lots of other beginner friendly workouts you can try to switch things up. Keep me posted on your progress 💛
