    This is so hard, only made it to 4 minutes in and I was had it. Mind you I had done other workout prior. I think I'll try again another day when I'm feeling more energetic 😂❤

    Hello I just started doing strength training workouts for chest, shoulders, back and arms at home and I seem to be getting puffy is that normal bc I read somewhere u become quite puffy for a while before getting lean

    the way how the attic was arranged,, I appreciate it now the most of all the parts in a house.
    nice workout move Louis.,,,keep that pace,,worked up a sweat there,,break more., 10 min is much better than the short ones.,, will wait on another 10 min routine.
