- Want to relieve back pain or tightness?
In this video I'll guide you through a 45 minute yoga practice for mild back pain, giving lots of options so you can decide what is feeling best to your body for today!
This class will release back tightness, helping to prevent injury and relieve discomfort, allowing healing movement to align and strengthen deep core spinal stabilizers to improve back health.
Please note: if you have intense back pain or spasm you should always consult your Doctor prior to any exercise -- and stop or back off if something is painful.
