      Irene thanks so much! It does help me to get useful feedback to improve classes etc. & I do very much appreciate you taking the time to comment, though please don't feel obligated. For me, this channel is not about a million followers or likes lol its sad that the internet is so focused on those metrics, when in fact useful content should speak for itself. If only it were that simple right! I did get your email and apologize I haven't had a chance to respond I definitely was planning to today. As for my channel continuing, I have 67 full length practices available at this time so that will keep one busy for a while. I moved into a different area with a completely different lifestyle think more mountain life and time in nature which is so healing I love it, but much different than when I lived in FL and all the modern amenities such as internet uploads etc was much more available to me. As I navigate through the changes I definitely plan to continue this channel long term, and in fact even add some new exercises, calisthenics or even some of the other interests you mentioned in the mix... Yes this is a new chapter so stay tuned for more to come in the future. And, in the meantime let me know if you are looking for specifics or if you have questions I don't mind the technical messages or whatever comes to mind - either by email or on YT whichever you prefer. Thank you kindly for your ongoing support it is greatly appreciated and defintely not stalkeresqe. I do have big plans for new content and flows ready to film... however at times life has detours so we'll see what time has in store.       @@twistingfitnesswithjess Definitely need some R&R this weekend 😂 Doing a lot of hard hiking lately; noticed my right side in particular tends to compensate 🤦‍♀️ I know better dorsiflexion is needed!
