Neck & Shoulder MOBILITY (1 hr Yoga Practice) throat balancing ETHER Flow | Twisting Fitness w/Jess
Express yourself...
In this class I'll guide through a yoga practice focusing on activating our throat center. Harmonizing with the 4 other elements: earth, water, fire & air, we'll flow through an ether element sequence designed to stretch and release our shoulders, neck & jaw -- balancing vishuddha, boosting thyroid health, and empowering truth, effective communication and self-expression.
Start seated in easy pose (cushion optional) -- all level yoga class with modifications given (beginners welcome)
Possibly try something new... progress slowly, there's no need to rush; practice safely & be gentle, backing off if something feels too intense.
Join me on the mat to balance breath with movement & honor our center for communication...
