Remember fam, everyone’s different, everyone skips different. Don’t fall into the trap thinking or listening to those who tell you that your ideal rope length it’s based on your height alone🤦🏽‍♂️
Pls let me know if these vids are helpful for you 💛

Totally agree. I've been skipping for 30 years, it is definitely a combo of many things. Your style, where your shoulders and arms are placed as you like them, have you got short legs, long arms? Like me 😁 you have to mess about and find what works. Saying that, I'm here for tips 😂

Ive been jumping for a year and i still struggle with my style
When i look my self in the mirror i dont like what i see. And God knows ive tried all styles. Sometimes i feel like a robot, sometimes a gas toy. Ive improved my conditioning and i can jump 1 hour with pauses, but the fact of not enjoying my style in the mirror makes me trip a lot and I only want to feel myself ok and enjoy the workout

There are dozens of rope length videos on here and this is about the best. You give a range of understanding that makes a lot more sense, including whys for various styles of jumping. Good work!

man regarding the length of the rope and how high up your arms are I’ve always loved your form and think it’s the best looking one out there. for months now I always relied on observing it myself, making my own notes, recording and taking pics of your form and whatnot so I could replicate it…the fact that everything you taught in this video fully and clearly explains in 10min what took me months to figure out in my own notes (of your slick form) just shows how great of a teacher you are! thanks Rushie for reinforcing everything I learned from you and more! 🙏🏻 you teach me something new with every single one of your videos, whether with words/tutorials and without!

Thnx 4 the wisdom you sharing Rushie. I hava aquestion how to knot? You made a video with 8-shaped knots, but is it true that you still using them ordinary knots? Sometimes I need 2 knots on both sides, but sometimes only need 1…

The funny part is, this is the third time watching this. Finally, I’m getting what you mean now. I may have to try the hands up higher with elbows up.
