Can you bring out a tutorial showing some drills which could improve ambidexterity. HQ looking fab!
I follow the same technique. Rush rope I don’t get a loop at the end when opening up. Cross rope i do get a loop at the end. My theory, the rope matters.
Yes! A skill I can actually do! South Paw Toe Kick outs is actually one of my go to steps now, never seen it before; great to see it's a 'legit/official' RA endorsed move! :-)
Side swings cross with the southpaw neither looks easy,nor it trully is.. But thanks to your imagination,this is another beautiful move,from aesthetic and complex aspect. I am definitely learning this! Big up bro👏
I like to do 4 (running southpaw) and 6 (doubleunder side swing) and mixing the 8th (one side southpaw) with different number jumps on the side, But especcialy love 6th variation since I cant do normal double unders and with southpaw it came naturally. No. 7 is no go for me since i still struggle with basic crossover :/ Gonna try the rest for sure, thanks for ideas and tutorials :)
Can you do this move with a wire rope? I have a wire speed rope atm, its the only rope ive used since i started skipping, or do i need a thicker rope? And if so how do i alter the length of the money rope as I would like to buy one but im quite short 5.4 😅 thanks
