  • 柔软, 有QQ的弹性, 摇晃和甜中带咸的天然斑兰香味的口感外, 也添加了椰糖和椰丝的香味.
    It preserves all its traditional texture~soft, chewy, springy, wobbly and sweet-salty combination.
    Ingredients 食材料:
    Batter面糊:
    90g rice flour 90克粘米粉
    40g tapioca starch 40克木薯粉
    40g castor sugar 40克 细砂糖
    360ml pandan juice 360毫升香兰汁
    1/4 tsp salt 1/4茶匙盐
    1/2 tsp alkaline water 1/2茶匙碱水
    Fillings馅料:
    80ml water 80毫升水
    40g palm sugar/Gula Melaka 40克椰糖
    a knot of pandan 班兰结
    60g grated coconut 60克椰丝
    1/4 tsp salt 1/4茶匙盐
    Cornstarch Slurry玉米淀粉浆:
    1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
    1茶匙玉米淀粉 + 1汤匙水
    tea cups size : 70mm x 50 mm
    茶杯尺寸:70毫米 x 50毫米

    Wow! Looks delicious. What can I substitute for alkaline water?

      Sorry, the alkaline/lye water in this recipe cannot be substituted. you can opt to omit it if you want, but the pandan colour of the kuih will be lackluster. The taste and bounciness of it will be discounted too. Thank you❤

      @@angelsie8219 Its aka "Kansui" and you can buy it from baking ingredient supply stores or shopee. If you don't use it too often, 30g bottle packing is just nice for you.Thanks
