      枧水可在杂货店或烘焙材料店买。

      In Malaysia, you can buy alkaline water from baking ingredients shop, grocery shop as well as online store.

      There is a brand called Tung Chun lye water on amazon. It will cost a pretty penny for 500ml... As an alternative, you can make your own substitute by baking sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) in your oven at 250-300 degrees (Fahrenheit) for an hour. It will become strongly alkaline, so avoid touching it and keep it in an air-tight container. You can use it by dissolving 1-2tsp in 2 cups of water.

      Air abu atau air alkali / lye water atau garam alkali merupakan salah satu bahan tambahan dalam pembuatan mee, kuih muih, ketupat, moon cakes. Air abu ini akan membuat tekstur menjadi kenyal. Di Malaysia, dapat beli dari kedai runcit.

    Hallo Chia Kitchen.. Recipi kamu kadang - kadang ada silap nya.. Itu haru buat Huat Kueh dengan Nasi sejuk.. 130 gm, campur Tepong beras 450 gm ,Yeast 1 spoon,, Eno 4.3 gm, Air 100 ml dan gula 80 gm, betul kah. Dan Eni 4.3 gm sudah trrlalu banyak, Gula 80 gm boleh manis kah??? ,Tolong bagu recipi yg betul, Sata sudah rugi rm 15. .lagi tak boleh Sucess .lRevioi ini terbit di Rakam Video on 13.8.23 ,please refer back.. Ok.. Pelanggan You Tube sudah hot nya. !
