This defense attorney really has to work on her likability if she's gonna be trying to win over juries and the public for a living. Her defensive body language, her shrill voice, her contempt and arrogance, she is an absolute piece of work.
Can’t forget those crazy eyes popping out the sockets every time she opens her mouth
Her eyes scared me
It's the voice and the bulging eyes. She seems a little hyper, but it could be do to Grave's disease.
The eyebrows have another zip code. Pretty sure she hasn't felt her forehead in quite a while.

Girl talk? Seriously? That lawyer just lost me. Such a despicable thing to say.
Killing your estranged spouse in the middle of a contentious divorce is the DUMBEST thing a person can do.
What about leaving bullet cases in your own home.
The lawyer is definitely in love with the way she’s defending him

A defense attorney defends people. The further they go, the less good facts they have on their side. Imagine you had a lawyer for a case, would you want them to say something like "yeah she's probably guilty"?
Hearing a woman say that other women’s reports of domestic abuse are “just girl talk” is sad. Honestly his lawyer needs to stop talking because she’s just making him sound worse.

The abundance of evidence is what’s suspicious.

His attorney's voice is like finger nails scratching on a chalkboard. 😳
You people are insane. Her attorney had a job to do, and did it properly.
Must be very difficult to be in her position and uphold her job to defend him. I think he was blatantly guilty and she knew it so probably acted it out regardless. Yes she was odd but I doubt she really believed he was innocent.
The defense lawyer really had the AUDACITY to say there were never marks or bruises on Becky so she must’ve not been a victim of domestic violence. What a disgusting lady.
That "Girl Talk" comment was messed up.
That is not what she said. She said there was no evidence that the victim was subjected to domestic violence. 2 different things

Defense attorney: “Well I have a fake Facebook account” 😳 HUH??? That’s not normal lol
She was not pround of it. She should say she is ashamed of it.
I wonder why she needs a fake FB account? Asking for a friend.
I don't like any pictures, etc or my name online, but I have close friends who post everything on FB, and if I want to keep up with them or watch something important they posted, I need FB. So I signed up with a fake name. I have virtually nothing on the account. But I can sign in to various sites using a FB account that has no real information about me on it. So I think people can use FB but without wanting to publicize their private life.

@@admirosmanovic1368 that's sad. There are so many other things to do that are more productive.

I had to keep reminding myself that the one lady was his defense attorney and not the new girlfriend defending her man. She comes off like a girlfriend in denial. She's really off-putting.
Absolutely, very emotionally charged and not even keeled in her response.
Off-putting. Perfect description
I was thinking the same thing. I kept expecting the narrator to tell us that her and the defendant began a relationship.
I came to the comments to see if anyone felt the same way I did. FIRST COMMENT I saw. Definitely has more than a client relationship with him
I think she looks abit like the serial killer Aileen wuoronus with those big bulging eyes and the shape of her face and her facial expressions.
That defense attorney is insufferable. She acts more like a girlfriend in denial than a lawyer. I'm glad the jury got it right. Those poor kids 😢
Nobody got anything right. Two people went at each other to extreme. Now one is dead, the other in prison for life. And 3 boys, that's their legacy.
All lawyers are like this. I mean, they are defending someone
Yup, she is by far the most passionately defensive attorney I've ever seen after having watched probably hundreds of these stories. Particularly when she reduced Becky's clear expressions of fear to friends as family as "a lot of girl talk". It's one thing to say "there is no evidence to substantiate that, no evidence he ever physically harmed her in any way"...that's what I would expect from an attorney. To minimize it as "a lot of girl talk" is very unprofessional and the kind of the thing you'd expect from a friend or family member of him, not an attorney.
As I listened to how she would mention any hypothetical doubt gave me the feeling she knew he was guilty and possibly had personal feelings for him
its clear shes just a socialite & professional liar, and her sense of superiority is what she uses to justify her morality.
The Bike , the search for the Boy friend, the method of entry , the shell casings , the 14 shots. This s more than conclusive

He did it. The searches is everything.
This was no way a robbery gone wrong. A robber climbing on the roof and going through a child’s bedroom and to the target shoots 15x and takes NOTHING.

My narcissist ex husband would have definitely gotten rid of me had he not been successful in intimidating me to walk away with nothing. He literally followed me around on our daughter's graduation/birthday and berated, screaming and making us all miserable, to get me to sign the divorce papers. I believe whole heartedly that he would have killed me had he not got exactly what he wanted. He would tell me from his time in the Marines, he learned how to get rid of a body. I'm still affected by his callous and calculated actions to this very day, 3 years later. I had no money or resources to fight for myself and my 3 daughters. I called everywhere to get help. Something needs to change because some women are abused, mistreated and threatened but no one cares to help. He is a Marine and I'm a simple house wife with no prospects because he made sure of that.
As a victim of domestic violence that wasn't believed because my ex was a "great buddy" of many. Shame on her so called people that stood by and didn't stand up for her.
I went to college with Tim and Becky. This just devastated the whole town of Quincy. We rap our arms around Becky’s boys and her loved ones. But Tim is exactly where he needs to be, he is a monster.

Wow. Curious if anyone feels that he is innocent around Quincy or fellow classmates? During that time, my goal was to make sure our kids never heard me say a single bad thing about their mom. I never spoke bad about her to a single person. Ultimately that worked against me. If my ex would have been murdered by someone during that time I would have 100% been the primary suspect based on what other people would have said. There needs to be physical evidence to convict a person to life in prison regardless of circumstantial evidence. Too many innocent people go to prison.

She really looked like a little kid who fully believed that widening the eyes like that would convince the other person she was being honest when she wasn't.
That's someone on Adderall aka Amphetamines
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Fr 😂
Those computer searches usually speak louder than any words don’t they? I love how her sister served it to him in her final statement.
Shot 15 times.......very, very angry....only one person could be that angry...guilty as charged
This really reeks of a narcissist losing control of his ex, finding a literal *window* of opportunity, and killing her with the passion only a manipulative narcissist can show.
Covert narcs are the absolute most dangerous human beings and so many just don’t understand how good they lie and manipulate people around them to be the victim
What is scary for me is that for the first 5 years, apparently, the things were well between them (I don't know if there were signs that she missed). That means he faked being a good partner for a very long time. And everybody can fall in this trap.
HE KNOWS SOMETHING ! You cannot convince me otherwise.
Yes l totally agree.
@@mini_skinny0296 I bet those 5 years were good because the lib NY sister had not yet filled Becky’s mind with crap.
If a woman nags you constantly about not doing the dishes while being home all day not working, is a physical threat abusive to her husband, any man can snap. But you won’t look at the abuse she carried out that caused him to snap.
Her body language, her eyes, her smug voice- I can’t stand this lady. She sounds more like a defensive girlfriend defending her man instead of an attorney.
I am so happy, I'm not the only one.
Just what I was thinking. She looks evil😬
A PickMeesha 🎯💯
They gotta be screwing around. Probably why she went from defending him in custody to being his defense attorney.
😂😂😂😂 true
That attorney is a great actor knowing full well her client is a murderer.
I live in Quincy and this absolutely devastated the community as you can guess and there were rumors that the killer was Tim's dad Ray.
Interesting...
not the girlfriend?
That defense attorney is a total disgrace to mankind! Just because you have to defend a monster don’t minimize what the victim is going through.
Money talks
I completely disagree I think the prosecutors are a disgrace! I’m so tired of hearing about prosecutors who take ppl to court with no evidence! This criminal justice system is massively broken!
If u think u can’t be found guilty in todays times you are wrong and I prey none have to find out the hard way!
The whole system is rigged!
As the program continues, her arguments become more and more flimsy until toward the end she's grinning and making faces as though she's saying "sorry sucker." If money talks, it's talking with bravado from her pocket.
Ironically, I'm grateful that he had a lawyer like that, because I'm pretty sure a talented one could have won this case based on 'reasonable doubt' due to the limited physical evidence. I think his lawyer suits him perfectly.
As bad as it is that’s her job, to defend her client so they’ll say anything smh
The defense attorney gives me chills 😮 she yells and open the eyes in a way I can not stand.
I belive he did it.
Absolutely agree. She's a real piece of work. Even if he was innocent (which I do not believe he is), she'd have lost the case for him. She's like a nightmare. Ugh!
@@cathyprosser1050she’s got her audio volume at 100% from the very first syllable 😂😂😂
She has a psychopaths, I couldn't watch her in the end. I also didn't realise for most of this program that she was his defense lawyer, I honestly thought she was his new partner. Definitely something going on there. Dangerous creeps the pair of them.
The defense attorney is probably an abuser herself
Yes I agree so strange basic instinct comes to mind
when you plan and tape an argument with your partner and use it as evidence in the future to shed bad light on your partner speaks volumes how calculating you are.Does not make you look good at all.
As a woman who have been through it with an manliputive abusive liar who tried to paint me out to be the bad guy...I find this man and his "lawyer" hard to believe.
Terrifying to see how shamelessly a murderer can lie and how attorneys can be this heartless and annoying.
Lmao he is innocent. Not his fault his mental wife got involved with the wrong people
His attorneys are doing what they are paid to do (create reasonable doubt). 🙄
Yeah I don’t blame the attorney. But I can tell from her eyes and language that even she doesn’t doubt that Tim is guilty.
Utterly terrifying watching how people are able to lie so well
How liar people acting to be good
He wasn't a good person to begin with he reminds me of Brian Walshe who killed his wonderful a beautiful wife and then his her body in thinking no body no conviction, how wrong any person who believes that crappy idea.
Chris Watts!!! 🙌
@@cyankirkpatrick5194 excuse my clumsy wording... I meant how good he is at lying.. Not that he was a good person who's lying..
Lying for a narcissist is second nature. They lie even when they have no reason to. Constantly pressured to prove to themselves that everyone else is less intelligent than they are.
His internet searches would have been enough for me had I been a juror.
His lawyer is soooo IRRITATING😠!!!!!! GOSH!!!
That lawyer for the husband is a bug-eyed stress case, defending each and every single thing he did. She seems dangerous to me.
.....that's kinda her job.
😂😂😂
Her eyes are unsettling- how can she sleep at night
@@dnizelizCome on, attacking a person’s physical appearance that they can’t help is not fair or nice!
@@lindaestoll1104 Well to be fair, since the lawyer murdered the wife because she's in love with the husband, it kinda makes sense for her eyes to look like that. Also, since people can help being fat or otherwise personally slovenly and/or unhygienic, is it okay to attack them for that?
This defense attorney is impossible. You cannot disregard abuse just because you cannot see any wounds or bruises on the victim.
shes not disrespecting abuse, shes saying there’s reasonable doubt. jesus it’s like ppl have no idea how the law works
She was his *divorce lawyer* who then became his criminal defense attorney, and it showed. She was absolutely terrible.
@@Baileyville112Totally. He should've hired a criminal defense attorney.
Johnny Cochran couldn’t have gotten this sociopath off, he was so obviously a cliché husband killer of wife, if you people don’t see that then you have no common sense common sense
She knew but money money money money
It was overkill. The evidence was as clear as a bright sunshiny day. My prayer 🙏🏽 goes out to the children. 😭😭😭
Well done Judge, reminding this horrible man of how many shots.
We need John Mcbain, he is vicious than most of American's judges in this day in age.
