She's so bad. Her defense is crap. "Didn't find any gloves or shoes that matched!" Uh duh he threw them out. Also "it must've been a random burglar" lol.

Right? Girl talk? What a load, and dismissive too.
No, lady, talking about abuse is not merely “girl talk”.
While I don’t agree with the burn in hell bit, I do agree she’s very off, and problematic.

Tim’s attorney is in love with him. “She protesteth too much.” Her shrill voice and bugging eyes says it all. I totally believe he did it. Took his son’s loving mother from them. What a shame.

She literally admitted she had a fake fb profile. She’s supposedly a credible attorney and admitted that on camera. Insane.

I missed her introduction, so throughout the video, I thought she was his new partner 😂 then found out at the end she was the defense attorney and wondered if she was only that cause she look very passionated and invested not on the case but on the guy 😂😂😂

He may have guilty, but he sure had the worst attorney in the nation Notice at the sentencing how cold she reacts, not even a glance at her client. She called no witnesses, she called on no experts and her best arguments were both inadequate and childish.

My husband was good friends with him from 2nd grade until highschool when Tim moved away. (They didn't go to the same school but they played basketball on the same team as well as their dads) and they used to have family cookouts and sleepovers all the time. To say he was shocked when all of this came out would be an understatement. He said he was always nice and very quiet. Just goes to show, you never know someone as well as you think.

My family kept up quite a front door years. Dad kept his temper in check in public, but terrorized us at home. Decades later I still have tend to assume that what looks positive is rotted underneath. That's not healthy, I know, but it's hard to shake. It's hard to trust anyone.

@@pazza4555I'm so sorry you had to go through that. In fact, most people aren't even able to recognize certain things they do or feel as being unhealthy so that's a good step forward. I think it's easier to get in to a routine of pretending everything is ok. I do the same thing due to trauma in my teen years. It made me realize that, no matter how good and "pure" someone seems to every other person in their life, doesn't mean it's not just a mask. They tend to be very good at convincing people that the sky isn't blue. The one good thing that came from it is making me a good judge of character. I'm pretty good at knowing if someone is genuine or putting on a facade. It's hard to believe that people are genuinely as happy as they appear (esp in social media).
