We all need a neighbor like shirtless man. Dude jumped in to help his neighbor with both feet - making phone calls, putting pieces together. Solid guy.
RT!
Ikr!! &He called it too!! Just like she said it happened... She knocked.. then "Frankie " rushed the door when David opened it...
Absolutely. He didn't hesitate to jump in and speak up. Asking questions and covering concerns that the dad maybe is not wanting to voice right now. He's great.
Amen to that!
It's because he's on meth

Shirtless neighbor needs to be a private detective or something. He figured that out really quick.
He needs to put a shirt on. 😀😀

The neighbor was more competent than the cops ffs
@Freedomlives33 the way he called it! He literally said "I think she knocked on the door and when he opened it, her boyfriend rushed in." EXACTLY what happened!
Does anyone know how David’s father and his step-mom Debbie feel about the way the p.o’s mishandled this case from the get-go?

Yes, half nekkid neighbor was the man of the hour.
Shirtless neighbor wins the Best Neighbor Ever award. Talk about dedication.
He and the neighbors/friends from the Watts case. They really embody what community should mean!
I'd be interested to know why, if she was taking such great care of her daughter, the court gave full custody to David, and she only had *supervised* visitation. That fact sent warning bells off for me pretty quickly.
My thoughts/concerns exactly 💯
And the cops didn't ask why she didn't have custody, right away, which was very odd. They may have seen the court records and already knew. ??
Exactly - my guess is meth
Maybe like every other state the court system is beyond repair and full of corrupt judges that legally child traffick children for state funds like in NH

The guy with no shirt was spot on about what happened to David. Brilliant.
Those detectives need interview training, they stopped him from talking so many times to control the narrative and possibly missed important information. It was totally cringe 😬
They were a bit over eager! That would have usually put people on notice, but Frank he would have given it all without all the butting in 😂

My friend was stabbed over 100 times in Sidney ohio in 2006 & cops walked thru the crime scene just like this
Her case went unsolved for 14 years and when they caught the guy they Had tainted so much evidence that they only ended up giving the man 9 years for a brutal murder
This is how murders walk !!! Sloppy cop work
I’m still angry behind that 9 year sentience all because cops are sloppy and lazy
WOW. Unbelievable.
You're right tho.
I was so annoyed seeing them do this here.
Geez fk that's terrible
I know exactly where that is. I'm so sorry for your loss and for your friend's case not getting proper justice due to shoddy policework. That's heartbreaking and so infuriating.
I remember that case. I lived in Darke County at the time. Absolutely heartbreaking.
That’s heartbreaking to hear hope your doing ok ❤
Neighbor pulled up like a Lead Detective cuz he knows all the tea
Why are the cops allowing everyone to walk through the entire crime scene?🙄🚔
Because they don't believe it's a crime
@annazaman9657 and that is the problem
Exactly! As soooooon as the officer even saw a drop of blood he should have made it a crime scene and not walked around the WHOLE house until detectives arrived
It's what they do

⭐️The shirtless neighbor is the lead detective on the case!
The interrogators need to ask a question and then shut the heck up. They're talking all over her and themselves.
My thoughts exactly. Only one cop should have asked most of the questions instead of bombarding her and not giving her time to answer.
OMG! The interview with Frankie is just unbelievable!!! The detectives did all the talking! I wonder how that played out in court? Don’t get me wrong Frankie is a POS and belongs in prison forever as does Kelly.
I feel like the one on the right is wanting control and it’s a power thing. It’s driving me crazy that’s how they are behaving.
That was handled horrendously. That neighbor has to have some sort of detective experience, he literally carried the crime scene. As where the initial police officers lacked awareness to treat it as a proper investigation.
I bet he watches this channel a lot.
He actually doesn't have any detective experience but he is really intelligent
The detectives that handled the interview with Frankie were terrible too.
Hats off the the neighbour who apparently has no filter and a keen sense of fuckery!
With all of that suspicious evidence that cops “gut feeling” is that David just took off on his own… Wow. Dude needs to be in another profession.
For goodness sake people, when they sit you down in a police interview room and tell you that you're free to go at any time that's when you stand up and leave.

I BELIEVED her, I thought she was SOLID. I hate that she fooled me.
women do this all the time, I've seen it more than once, anything to get a leg up in a custody battle they don't care about fighting dirty either or sabotaging the relationship the kids may have with their father, men rarely do this
@Joanne152 Sad but true! And as an adult who was that kid, my parents hated each other more than they loved any of us, I still get triggered when I hear one parent dog the other to their child! I'm no Karen, but I have gone off on more than one mother in public, I just couldn't stop myself 😬🙄

And when the officer starts getting more concerned call in a detective 🙄…this is why we have so many botched investigations!
Understood & totally agree with you! I’m guessing because it was originally called in as a missing person; plus the neighbor was already there & along with the Father, they didn’t know it was causing the scene to be contaminated. They did in fact see & report to the Officer the blood found in the garage & kitchen along with some hair in David’s room ~
When someone is reported missing, especially an adult, it’s not protocol forCSI to be sent out, but I do understand evidence could’ve been contaminated ~

Great points
I’m sure that this contributes to only 50% of murders being solved as well. 🤷🏼♀️
The investigators do more talking than listening. They keep talking over Frank and not letting Frank finish a statement.

There is blood everywhere and the cops are like ok, see you later. Incompetence
Incompetence? Blood was not “everywhere”, but they took blood samples & photos, retrieved video & digital info, scoured social media, and took witness reports. Within days, detectives were able to get confessions from all involved. Shortly afterward, they secured their convictions. 👏 From an interview, the family seems grateful with no complaints.

Not a glowing example from the Police in this investigation; allowing people to trample through the crime scene & allowing items to be handled without gloves on, talking over one another during the interrogation so the voices are illegible and useless at prosecution, then one of the detectives disgustingly dropped the R bomb during the interview; absolutely vile, offensive and ignorant behaviour by that police officer.
