Clean & Cook - Yellowtail Snapper

The only thing better than catching yellowtail snapper, may be eating them! They are a tasty white and flaky fish that can be prepared in a variety of ways. This video is part 2 of a yellowtail adventure out of Hillsboro Inlet, FL. We start with a fillet session on the dock and take you into the kitchen where we prepare one of my absolute favorite yellowtail dishes. Shout out to my buddy Jim Steel!
