      (may be a 24 cm Fujiwara Kanefusa Gyuto... )

    Is there anything more satisfying than watching a master chef? everything is just done so smoothly. the bone removal with tweezers, daaaamn

      There are people who's only job is to remove those bones on an assembly line. Nearly every very salmon filet you see in the supermarket has had this done.

    went salmon fishing last night ,,i got some uv glow lures ,,,i am 70 and havnt fished salmon for years ,,went down to whitby pier ontario ..a few jumping ,,magic starry night ,, god how i love canada.. about 2 hrs of casting WHAM reel screaming ,,massive run ,,good job i put 175 yrds of new 15 lb mono line ,,this thing is a frieght train ..lol after 15 mins ,with the help of a passerby ,got him into the net ,,this guy makes fillets look so easy ,,gonna do a step by step practice ,,this dude knows his stuff ,thanks for posting ,,and tight lines to all fishermen and ladies

    So, I’m watching this because our meat department in a local grocery store doesn’t deal much with cutting fish, and so I never got much in the way of training before I had to have some idea how to deal with it. There are some neat tips in this video which are descriptive in their visual, and it’s likely to come in quite useful. Thanks for this.

      @@SuperDougie89 hey man , well my knife isn't nearly as good as his and i'm not a sushi master so It was challenging , but It all came along pretty nicely in the end , i'm Happy with the resoults and my friends were too and that what it's all about

    Strong but flexible and floats! Easy to sharpen. I use for everything from filleting fish to skinning and cleaning deer, pig, and goats.
