    Is there anything more satisfying than watching a master chef? everything is just done so smoothly. the bone removal with tweezers, daaaamn

    • @Nebby-vg6kl
      @Nebby-vg6kl 6 років тому +7

      There are people who's only job is to remove those bones on an assembly line. Nearly every very salmon filet you see in the supermarket has had this done.

    • @tipsysmichigander6483

      How else would you esily remove bones from a salmon? You just described the most basic method.

    • @maniswolftoman
      @maniswolftoman 4 роки тому +1

      The only reason it was that easy to remove those pin bones is the salmon wasn’t particularly fresh. You could tell when he cut into the head and the gills were dark.

    So, I’m watching this because our meat department in a local grocery store doesn’t deal much with cutting fish, and so I never got much in the way of training before I had to have some idea how to deal with it. There are some neat tips in this video which are descriptive in their visual, and it’s likely to come in quite useful. Thanks for this.
