Nothing better than coming home from a day at the office up in gloomy Washington state, smoking a joint, and watching a KWW vid. I wanna go back to the islands!! :D
As a 12 year old, nearly 45 years ago, I spent the summer with my Grandpa in Florida. We cruised over to the Bahamas for two weeks and fished almost every day. And we sure ate a lot of Yellow Tail! What a summer...
I really needed this today.......been a long couple of weeks and I am with you on deck, chumming, as I get so seasick, the hot Florida sun burning the shit out of my pale Minnesota winter skin.....What a nice diversion from the horrible atrocities being committed in the world these days..... Thanks for the break, and keeping it REAL....Yup, someday, I won't be caring for a senile, elderly parent and two teenage boys....and then I'll book with you for a simple cruise in the mangroves to catch lunch.....
Wow, Those yellowtail were STUDS! Glad you guys had a great day of fishing, hope you see lots of new subs! We catch a lot of sheepshead in our area and they are in the Porgy family. They are absolutely some of my favorite fish to eat for sure. Great content, keep it up!
I just saw this and I love fishing around the Keys, did it twice from " Little Torch key" I was raised in Manatee co. My neighbor here had a house there - fishing in Tampa is good but not as good as there
You even broke out the new Danko for the filleting. I’m sure BG will be happy to see that. The taste test had me wondering what’s in my freezer for tonight. Looked good.
Been catching lots of sunshine bass up here north of Orlando on the St. Johns. We made the blacken fish and grits and everyone loved it, what a simple and great recipe.
Holy quacamolie. We spent all afternoon on Davis Reef today trying to catch yellowtail. Zip, zero nada. Happy to see what a flag yellowtail looks like. Maybe tomorrow. You give us hope. We are using jig heads and bally hoo chunks. Love your videos. You can cook for me anytime.
SUMAC!!!!!! Love using that lemony goodness!! So many people look at you like, you used WHAT??? 😆 I am so going to try that on fish asap! I use it other places but didn't think of fish. Duh...
@@KeyWestWaterman My pleasure, next time I go down to key west, will pay you a visit. We have a trip coming up to go to Pulley ridge. I loved the mangrove catching from the back of your house too. So convenient 👍👍. Your dog is so good too

Man bro those were some steamer yellow tails. Need to head and debonair and stuff one of those bad boys. Another killer video brother. Keep up the good work
Yellowtail doing well. I'm still on the grouper. It's only 4 months so grouper deep dropping all the time. Wahoo they're heading to and dolphin just never left. Strange year. That was a big yellow tail great job Aaron like always have a great one. Nothing like fresh yellowtail. I agree with everybody my mouth is literally watering. I’ve got to get back to the ocean. Don’t think I’ve ever had porgy but have caught and eaten a lot of yellowtail so good.
Hey Aaron , if you use those jig heads often w chunk / live bait, why don't you have your buddy do you up a few on a circle hook. I realize the jig heads are normally always on J hooks but just thinking....

Did you do same part of the filet? Because I said yellow tail was on the right based on thickness of filet.
I did, the filet was just alot bigger. may not have been 100% fair as the smaller yellowtails are a little more mushy.
