- Caught a nice yellowtail at the Coronado Island but did not get to do much filming due to the rough conditions and slow fishing. Hopefully we can post some bangers soon.

By the tuna pens...slow troll sardines. Surface irons worked but less effective....didn’t have to chase schools, they just hung out all day in the same area. Some barracuda and really big bonito mixed in!

I can't figure out why people cut the skin off. The skin is crispy and tasty and is full of nutrients.
It’s just personal preference. We also usually eat most of it raw.
