Thanks Sofie for your video. I haven't worked out in a while and I have a neck injury and back pain sometimes. I'm seeing a chiro for a car accident from April. This helped me to feel like I can actually start working out again and getting back on track with my health and fitness goals. 💪

Good workout, for a good warmup I have a fun “at home” exercise! Get in an elbow plank position and then slide a balloon under your hips. Alternative lifting opposite arms and legs off the ground ten times. Finish the set by pushing your hips down hard enough that the balloon pops!! It sounds silly, but it’s a fun little warm up exercise, if you’re interested do a couple sets on video and let me know your thoughts!

I sometime do the lifting opposite arm and leg away from the floor - it's really great like you say, especially when you're trying to keep your hips square! I've never tried the balloon under my hips....it sounds like it could be my new party trick! Thank you again x
SOFIE JAYNE FITNESS haha yes a good party idea too! If you’re brave enough you can sometime life both legs in the plank position without it popping. And then trying to pop it without having your hips touch the ground is always a challenge. Give it a try it always good to have a little fun with the warmup!
