It's funny one of the major reason i keep with Mira's video is there is no music or sound effect added during the class, a quiet self focus space which is exact what i need.

Genuinely, I’ve been to many Pilates classes IRL and on UA-cam, and this is one of the best. I’m sorry for blabbing so much I just really really liked the energy she brings with her, and her smile and the clapping in the end and I LOVED the “have the best day ever!” I literally said out loud “you too!!!!”😭😭 and started happy dancing like it made me that happy bruh😭

Great class!! Would be interested in modifications to lead to exercises like you did for head pull. Reverse plank with leg extensions, my foot is not flat like yours on floor so fell out, is there a modification to work towards that execution??❤️thanks in advance!!
