Do You feel reducing the mass of sweetener drastically will ruin the cake?
I plan to use less than 1/4 c total of powdered pure monk & stevia with a lil glycine, xylitol & allulose.
Will cake still hold up do You think? Odds?

If you have high quality knives, do not heat in a gas burner bc you can ruin the temper and it won’t keep its sharp edge. Use hot water. If you have cheap stainless steel knives, it doesn’t matter. I will have to research your sweeteners before I try this. Remember aspartame? It is an excitotoxin. If you love your brain cells, don’t use it. This cake looks similar to Sachertorte (Austrian specialty).
