I've been on the keto diet for four and a half months, and I've lost 3 stones (42 pounds). The lack of carbs gave me head aches so I decided to have a week off keto every month. Its a great way to lose weight as I'm rarely hungry, but I doubt it suits every one. Exercise is key to any diet, as the saying goes. No gain without pain.
Congrats on such a large amount of weight lost! The exercise and headaches make me think it has more to do with electrolyte imbalance than headaches from lack of carbs.
Headaches usually are from not enough salt x3. You lose your salt and water each time you get back into ketosis so must be replaced substantially. I liberally put in my food and water. Keto 3 yrs. 🙏

It's likely because I used cream cheese and sour cream instead of just straight mascarpone (since those ingredients are easier to find). If you used mascarpone you should be able to get a bit more volume out of it :) I hope you enjoy it either way!
