@@dan_dul you wanna aim for about 140F to get that sweat taste when you break down the sugars. Any more than that and you start to burn it and it tastes bad. Up until your hand can take the heat while cupping it is good rule of thumb if you don’t have a thermometer on hand. Cheers!
The temperature depends on the roast level! A light roast needs more temperature, something like 203 F , and a darker roast like you are using tend to be better at 195 F. Check out this link to understand what I’am telling you: ua-cam.com/video/nd_J3ztFMJc/v-deo.html
Keep doing more vids on the 600. there's not enough out there. Could you take a video on the pressure gage while you are pulling a double? There is a myth out there that on a vibration pump dual boiler that when you pull a shot it sputters between 7-9bars. But other time its shown to be a constant 9 bars.
I have a few Pro 600 videos as well but will be adding more as time goes on. Here is my lastest video with it. I remembered your comment on 9 bars so I made sure to include that lol. ua-cam.com/video/jFC4g9azlRo/v-deo.html
Brother... Get yourself a decent Tamp! Also the coffee leveller is called a distribution tool :-)
Love it!
"Hotter the better..." That's not true. Anything outside of 195-205 is definitely not good.
Isaac Sloan very true. Thanks for watching.
You are not circulating the milk enough and heating it up too much - that's why you end up without mircofoam
34TR3m thanks for the feedback! You are correct. I had a few that cane out better. What temp do you heat up your milk to?

Que bueno ese latte amigo
Music is very annoying.
20g is way too much
Thanks for the comment Peter. How many grams do you recommend?
20 is fairly standard these days. I usually single dose with 19g and use the Pro 600 also.
cpro48609 thanks for the feedback.
20g is good, I use 18g in and 36-40g out but this is very personal.
