LOVEEEEEE this workout, couldn't find a complete ab workout before which does not engage the neck. Have an injury and have to be careful, this was perfect. Didn't aggravate my injuries that much. Love the versatility of this channel, have different types of workouts if you cannot do running, crunches etc. ❤

Use to train extensively, but with the issues I have now balance is an problem. Have tried a chair, but alternating is not always easy. Sometimes I have to pick up the chair and move it instead. This was a perfect wkout. Knee flection, and exstention are painful, but I know both are necessary. Thanks again

Cut out all soda, sweets after 7pm, eating more proteins and less carbs & less sugars. Plus, doing my daily exercise before bed. It's an overall lifestyle change and mindset of healthier and better eating & living. I'm down closer to 40lbs now. Sadly, due to some depression, I stopped exercising and eating right for about 2 months and gained back some weight. It's truly a life long journey for some of us. And something I will have to work to maintain my entire life, or else regain my unwanted weight. Good luck! It IS possible!
I really love this. Even when I don't feel like doing workouts I go on with this and before you know it am already sweating and jumping and eager for more❤.
