    thank you so much! just tried this for the first time. its perfect since getting up and down off the floor is getting increasingly more difficult due to arthritis. Will be looking forward to more workouts from you!

    Amazing! 🤩 Recently, I have been quite fascinated about wall exercises but they are mainly in lying down positions. 😅I prefer standing workouts but there seem to be limited standing wall exercises. And now, here it is! You gave me exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you Mizi! 🙏 I just did this. 💪

      Thank you so much. I am 63 with a bad hip and knee. I watch upright health and I am currently trying to strengthen both hip and knee. Use to train extensively, but with the issues I have now balance is an problem. Have tried a chair, but alternating is not always easy. Sometimes I have to pick up the chair and move it instead. This was a perfect wkout. Knee flection, and exstention are painful, but I know both are necessary. Thanks again

    Thanks so much for this- I have osteoporosis and struggle to find good abs axcercises that dont upt stress on the necks/spine and this is great- varied enough to want to do it every day. Thank you x

    LOVEEEEEE this workout, couldn't find a complete ab workout before which does not engage the neck. Have an injury and have to be careful, this was perfect. Didn't aggravate my injuries that much. Love the versatility of this channel, have different types of workouts if you cannot do running, crunches etc. ❤

      Cut out all soda, sweets after 7pm, eating more proteins and less carbs & less sugars. Plus, doing my daily exercise before bed. It's an overall lifestyle change and mindset of healthier and better eating & living. I'm down closer to 40lbs now. Sadly, due to some depression, I stopped exercising and eating right for about 2 months and gained back some weight. It's truly a life long journey for some of us. And something I will have to work to maintain my entire life, or else regain my unwanted weight.
      Good luck! It IS possible!
