I love your videos!! They have great music and a nice flow that feels very natural to the body. I get a good sweat doing these videos. I started with the 10 minute videos then added in the 15 now I'm only doing your 20 minute workouts after only a few weeks of finding your channel! I have been steadily losing weight while incorporating more protein in my meals, cutting down on grains and pushing breakfast to brunch. I do believe doing a daily video from your channel and adjusting my diet is why I'm shedding weight. Thanks Mizi!!
