    Liebe Coach Ali I do your workouts everyday, different - advance and HiLo , Pilates, Balance Board, resistent band, With weights and a barbell , but this Workout Stil killing me !!! Thank you Coach Ali you are the best Coach 💪🏽🌟⭐️💖

      Coach Ali It is very important to survive after this Workout ))👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Second repetitions I thought I would not survive )) i have to work more on my self . This is not a pic nic ))) ❤️

    wow. my bmi is 37 . every time i do this exercise i realy consider unsubscribing😧😓
