Nice! I believe your high row is actually a fly. That's because the orientation of your arms works your chest muscles and not your back muscles as much. Wonderful ideas and great energy!

You aren't using a TRX.
Max, why are you on your heels? I do not mean to criticize, I just don't know. I am 70 yo and in my own rehab for hip and knee and do everything on the balls of my feet.
+Cole Green Which moves are you referring to? For many of them, when in a prone position, it's ideal because you're essentially doing an upside down plank.
Max's Best Bootcamp I guess it was the squats and I thought the pushups also. very difficult for me with hip and knee issues to do these on the heel but I love the suspension system because I actually can see all the muscles responding Thanks for the postings.
Glad you're enjoying the posts Cole! We always perform squats on the heel, suspended or otherwise. In fact, using the TRX to get into a low squat with support from the handles is a great way to rehab the knee. Pushups are on the toes, not heels.
