I can always count on you to cram a ton of work into a short amount of time (I love your drop-set workouts, so much burn) I have 4 young kids so time management (meaning short or no rests) work best for me. Please please please post more lower body TRX workouts. They are just so fabulous.

you killed me, i went to run yesterday and i reaaaally didnt wanna do legs today. but i was already two days late, i was looking for a longer video as im used to do legs in a gym, and you litteraly melted my legs. thanks
Wonderful workout! Can you please give more information on the curtsy squat? I didn't know how my hip/ankle/knee should line up and it didn't look good for my joints, so I switched to side lunges for that part.

It depends. If your goal is to bias the glutes more, keeping the knee tracking over the heel will allow for more hip flexion. If you were wanting to focusing more on the quads, allowing the knee to travel over the toes will allow for more knee flexion and quads. It depends on what feels best for you and what your goal is with the squat. With the squat in this video I’m focusing more on hinging from the hips and keeping the knees more in line with the foot/heel. Other notes - stay grounded in your base, keep your core tight, and limit excessive movement in spine. Hope this helps ❤️
