I've had severe tinnitus for over 12 years. I've been using the Buzz for 3 months. It seam to work for the first 2 weeks. My tinnitus is the same as when I started.😓 I wish someone could help me.

Hi and thank you for posting this for us all. Im willing to give it a shot but im confused when i get onto the site. Theres two different devices. The due and the buzz, the buzz being significantly more expensive. Prize isnt an object for me, but id like to make sure i get the device best suited for tinnitus. Please help me out here.
Great question. The Buzz option is an outright purchase of the wearable wristband. (Hence it being more expensive). The Duo is their tinnitus program, which INCLUDES the Buzz, but only for a two-month rental period. Within the Duo program you'll of course have the Buzz for two months, the app, and a few perks like 2 video calls and unlimited tech consults with an audiologist. It's basically - buy the product and own it, for sound awareness or for tinnitus relief, or pay a two-month Program rental fee to attempt to reduce tinnitus symptoms and then return the Buzz at the end of the period.
