I had tinnitus for 20 years It started after an ear infection. First and only ear infection ever! I had hissing in my ears ever since I'm an RN. Not one ENT doctor had any relief to offer The spoon treatment worked in two days along with all the other treatments in the videos for tinnitus and sinus congestion. Thank you Dr. My husband has tinnitus from a really bad wreck when he was supervisor for an Armored Truck Service. A young man that had driven from Arkansas all night was driving, & slammed on the brakes to avoid hitting another vehicle, & being too exhausted to even be driving, lost control of the truck, rolled it over into the median. His seat belt broke, & he slammed into my husband, striking my husband in the face with his knee while traveling at 55-60 mph! My husband suffered fractured facial bones & traumatic brain injury, & to make matters worse, the fire extinguisher came lose also striking my husband in the back of his head, along with other objects. That’s been 16 years ago & he has suffered with tinnitus ever since. That ended his career, & he had to have several surgeries. Shortly thereafter, he suffered a major heart attack, & had to have a quadruple heart bypass! Needless to say, my nerves are shot!!! However; I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that God spared his life! 👏🙌 So thank you for sharing this important information & God bless you. I pray this helps him!! 👏

My husband is suffering since he had a fall at work gave him a concussion . That with other issues he has work ever since . It's now 6 years and he is 55 years old. All the best to you. Stay strong and keep praying to God. I feel he is the only one that can heal. 🙏✌

Out of desperation I tried this, I’ve been spoon tapping before bed and when I wake up for a few weeks now, I can genuinely say that it’s improved my life, the tinnitus hasn’t gone completely but it’s minimal, it’s a luxury to be able to drop of to sleep almost immediately. Thank you for this video, it’s been a life changer for me. PS. I just want to add, don’t give up if you don’t get immediate results, persevere.

I think it's worth an update here. I'd been suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus for several years, I also had a spell of vertigo in 2017. I often felt tired and depressed because the tinnitus was unrelenting. I saw this video and thought spoon tapping was worth trying, I had nothing to lose. The result after 4 months ... my hearing is almost perfect, I don't need to wear hearing aids any more, the tinnitus hasn't gone completely but it gets less every day. Maybe it won't work for every one but it's definately worked for me.

OMG! I can't believe it. I just did this and it lessened the tinnitus by about 60% the first time I tried it. I can't wait to see how this effects my tinnitus after I have been doing it for a week! Thank you so much. Oh by the way, I did the other exercise in your video first (3 Remedies for Tinnitus, Hearing, Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, Congestion)) ...then this one second. How many times per day should I do the spoon exercise?

Woah, this is weird! I just tried this 30 seconds ago for the 1st time and the volume dropped by 50-60%. I can't believe this just happened by using 2 spoons. I forget what silence sounds like, if I'm able to keep the ringing volume down with this technique this will be life changing. Thanks Doc, this blows me away.

I like Dr. Mandel and his technique for tinnitus. Everything he says makes sense with regards to trying to cure this highly annoying condition. I know he stressed to be patient. None of have a lot of patience but I am going to keep on trying this method as I feel confident it will help. The spoon technique appeals to me because it is not invasive with pills or other harmful remedies. I hope I can update this message with some positive results very soon.

I am STUNNED!!!! I did this 2 times and it calmed down SOOOO much! Then did it twice more before going to (TRY TO) sleep 😴...it calmed down abit more ! Then when I woke there was nearly COMPLETE silence 🔕 !!!!! Now, I know it most likely won't last, but having SOME kind of control is so hopeful ! But....HOW OFTEN DO WE DO THIS ???? If it works eventually...wow, tears of JOY 😅 . I tried a LOT of things and nothing was working, so THANK YOU 😊. Again, how often, please ?

@@marcypitbull thanks, doing fine and have coping mechanisms. It is still around but as always when it is pretty silent around. The frequency changes independently and there is some connection with weather. How are you, have you tried this method?
Dr Mandell , I have tinnitus , vertigo and dizziness…. Vertigo is over si e a fee months but tinnitus is there and some times it comes dizziness .. I do believe in you and I thank you for all your kindness !!
