We’re out to discover the world! And sometimes, that includes road trips. So here we are, in Quito, Ecuador’s historic capital city. 9,350 feet above sea level.
Quito is a big city, far too big to explore in only a few short days but that doesn’t stop us from trying. Then, it’s back on the road and to the Volcanoes we go!
It’s a whirl wind tour of neogothic architecture, virgins and latitude zero. Plus, we stumble upon an Andean market that sends us into sensory overload…it is the culture shock I was craving.

How does this channel not have like 4million subscribers? Amazing videos, great cinematography, jaw dropping editing and awesome chemistry.
You guys are amazing! I know this is over a year old, but as well as some more tourist-friendly stuff, you guys managed to see a lot of what we try to hide from foreign visitors (not only in this video) , and yet remained so positive. THANK YOU from someone who misses Ecuador.

As an Atheist, I'm obviously not into religion, but as a human being I can appreciate the stunning architecture of these amazing churches and it hurts my heart to see that people have defiled them with disgusting graffiti.
Elizabeth Trainer-Lol, as an Athiest as well, I THOUGHT THE SAME THING!!! Made it appear almost like any old graffiti tagged building. Kinda sad.

trongod2000 they are in the Andes. That is good enough for me.
The process of collecting all the clues brings it down a lot closer than the Andes. They are a pretty long mountain chain. Narrows it down further with the country and then knowing they were close to the equator pretty much bring them to Quito. I just don't understand a travel video that doesn't tell the viewer where they are traveling.
trongod2000 i think it’s a continuation of their last video and I believe they mentioned where they were. They have been posting travel videos for 6 or 7 years. I’m not to upset if they forget to mention an exact location. I don’t plan on traveling to these areas but I enjoy their story telling and film style.

I'm surprised that you could explore so much of it...It's one of the many things that's wonderful about South America. I'm loving the all the adventures, but I sure hope you come back to Ft. As a scientist, I appreciated the matter of fact head shrinking explanation. Pretty fascinating. The church was beautiful. I'm not sure I would be brave enough to go as high as you did, but I'm glad you did so I could see the views. I also looked the idea of trading out gargoyles, which I normally love, with the local animals. Cool idea. Another fab video!💕

Hi, it's not a sheep pelt, it's a fleece. And that is Raw Wool. Basically, they gave the sheep a hair cut. If they do it right, it all comes off in one piece.
I'm a knitter, and I have friends who spin yarn, we know these things.
