i’ve seen so many comments about ads, and after doing this workout myself i can confirm there are a LOT of ads… but honestly, if it wasn’t for the ads, we either would’ve had to pay to watch this workout or wouldn’t be seeing it at all. i know the ads can be annoying and an inconvenience, but at the same time, they are how she gets paid to have her channel for us FREE! let’s just continue to share our support, to lidia and to each other 🤍 i’m proud of everyone who’s here today doing this workout. we are all so strong and i’m so proud of us!! we got this!

HI, i just wanted to say i love your workouts but i just hate when you do a specific movement and then you just change it mid time can you at least say that you are changing the movement or just do the same movement the whole 40 sec

Just 2 suggestions, please don't run midroll ads, put them in the beginning. Being interrupted inmidst of an exercise is a turnoff and i tend to avoid accounts that do that. And 2. please at least comment on the posture and the breathing of exercises because many are beginners and posture and breathing are very important at Pilates.

Hey Lidia! Great workout! I’ve been doing your 10 min Pilates workout for quite a while now and wanted to take a step up by doing 20 mins a day ( if i don’t get too exhausted since I do a lot of other activities like football and dancing. ) I’m gonna update everyday so whoever wants to follow my journey, they can.
February 18th ✔️ It wasn’t exhausting but I’m sure my calves are gonna be a little sore tomorrow.
February 19th ✖️ (I had football practice) Nothing sore during practice! I was kind of surprised ngl.
February 20th ✔️ So much easier and quicker than the first time. It felt like it was an hour the first time but now it went by too fast! I’m also doing one of Gloria’s workouts today just because I feel like a little extra can’t hurt!💘💘
February 21th - March 3rd ✖️ no workouts done these last couple of days because I was doing a football tournament with my team + I have been sick since I got home which was February the 29th. Might do the workout tomorrow if I’m not sick + exhausted 💕🤧
March 4th✖️ Sadly, i was exhausted and i still had fever😢 Hoping i am better tomorrow!
March 5th✖️ Feeling so much better today + had dance!
March 6th ✔️ Yes! Finally a day where I am free and not sick! I did the workout today and I feel awesome + I added a 10 minute workout from Gloria.
it's a lot more motivational to see someone (else) who has a slim build presenting the exercises.

Day 1: Yesterday was my day 1. I am planning to do it alternate days. With other days, doing other exercises like may be cardio or yoga. It was really tough. But obviously it gets easier as you keep at it. Hopefully I keep doing it and see results.

I would like to ask you if you could do a routine in which it does not include a lot of weight in the knees, since they often hurt me from an accident I had, so I would really appreciate it if you could take my comment into account.✨

Would you consider please keeping your repetitions uniform? You’re adding all these new little moves within a repetition. It’s kind of difficult to follow you.

It's good but it's too much legs work
I watched the video and sat through the at least 10 minutes of ad content. The workout was extremely beginner friendly; that should have been the first line used to advertise this video. No instruction on positioning of body for workouts - which isn’t even helpful for the beginners watching this.
