Love the combination of energising and strengthening exercises and the fun music in the background too! It is really a nice class to try if you don't like cardio that much, because it is not too intense, it gives you enough time to rest and there is just a little bit of jumping exercises, and from my view they're also easy to adjust for yourself! And it went really quickly for me. ☺

Well, if you eat healthy you should
WEll. the girl teaching this is beautiful- but she is not even close to hourglass so I would not trust that! Appropriate diet is the most important rather the exercises. Exercises is for sculpting and losing fat
