    Love the combination of energising and strengthening exercises and the fun music in the background too! It is really a nice class to try if you don't like cardio that much, because it is not too intense, it gives you enough time to rest and there is just a little bit of jumping exercises, and from my view they're also easy to adjust for yourself! And it went really quickly for me. ☺

    Love your videos and definitely don’t mind watching ads. If there is a way to put all the ads in the beginning so it doesn’t interrupt the flow of the workout that would be nice.

    so i’m like.. kinda new to working out and i usually like to pair these with an hour long bike ride for cardio. are pilates best for toning?

    Is it true that pilates reduce breast size ?
    Actually I have been seeing alot of positive metabolic changes due to pilates but I am a bit hesitant because this one thing I heard from a few peeps .

      WEll. the girl teaching this is beautiful- but she is not even close to hourglass so I would not trust that! Appropriate diet is the most important rather the exercises. Exercises is for sculpting and losing fat

      move up higher with your upper body, the strength should be coming from your abs and not from your neck
