    After the wonderful holidays, this was nice. Sometimes you get so busy you don't have time for a lengthy workout. This was a nice "getting back into to physical activity" routine.

    Thankyou so much mira your class has helped me so much to tone my body and get my postpartum tummy more tight and since I did my BMI check up I have lost fat around my major organs I was 65kgs now 61.2kgs and have gained muscle and lost 18% of my left leg fat due to pregnancy weight. Thankyou so much 😊
