I was a track and field athlete for years (discus thrower) and my hips in particular have been problematic for a number of years since. This has helped strengthen, build flexibility and stability in them- which helps my lower back!

Pause there before standing. 2. Keep your eyes open and fixed on a point as you move. This can reduce dizziness. 3. Wiggle your toes and fingers before sitting up. This can help get your blood flowing. 4. Practice deep breathing before and during the transition. This can help steady you. Have you talked to a doctor about your dizziness? They might have specific advice for your situation. You're doing a great job of listening to your body. Move in ways that feel good and safe for you. Let me know how it goes!

@FlowWithMira the answer to both is great! Love your workouts so much! My posture is improving after 39 yrs of forward head slouch. And these are short enough that there is no excuse not to do them at least a couple of times a week (though i hope to get to some longer ones soon!)
