I'm a big proponent of grass fed, organic dairy for all the reasons you mentioned. And thank you for the concise, clear explanation of why oatmilk is problematic.
Glad it was helpful!
Great video, would be interesting to hear the additives and processing dairy milk goes through, as well as the vaccines cows have, how that affects the milk.
Great suggestion!
By the way you both are cute and intelligent dietitians☺☺
I wish you put the camera focus on the soaked nuts. I wanted to see what they looked like.
Thanks for the feedback we will ensure we do with a future nut milk
Definitely use a nut bag!

I am amazed that 2 cups of Brazil nuts are not TOXIC! How much selenium can your system handle since 1 Brazil nut puts you over the RDA for selenium?

Aren't nuts lectins? The human body is not meant to Digest nuts or seeds I believe there are birds there are birds are but it's impossible to break down seeds . It's also impossible for the human body to break down plant cellulose.
I always thought if you soaked/sprouted the nuts/seeds, that would render the lectins less damaging.
