Hey Gillian. Just wanted to let you know I tried a variation of this smoothie consistently for the last 5 months. I had skin problems but now my skin is as clear as a baby. Also Idk did you notice massive hair growth? Because it's great for that I'd recommend for hair loss. I live in Kenya; Greetings from my family. Love you. Bye❤

losing weight is not all about calories. it’s about where the calories come from. calories from foods with fiber like fruits or vegetables can help increase your metabolism and make it easier to lose weight. so if your wondering why you hardly eat anything except for small amounts of unhealthy food every day to lose weight, and still aren’t losing any weight. try keeping your diet balanced between whole grains, vegetables, proteins, fruits, dairy, and water. so i suggest starting by drinking a large bottle of water every day, eating nuts and dried fruits as small snacks when your craving unhealthy snacks, eat lots of protein from fish and chicken, and try incorporating smoothies into your daily routine. i learned this from my mother whos a dietician.

The best advice
losing weight IS calories. You can lose weight in a healthy way, or an unhealthy way. Simply not eating WILL result in weight loss because it is all about calories.

I am going to try this Smoothie! I have never used flax oil only the ground flax seeds.

you don't need flax oil. too much fat. Just grind the flaxseeds and you do absolutely fine.

The seeds should be pulverized because your stomach doesnt break down most of them and there is a lot of waste. Great recipe tho😊
That high powered blender breaks them down very well within the smoothie.

When you do the smoothie feasting program everyday do you juice everyday as well eat a big salad veggies and fruit 🍓🍑 as your dayle program . The Vita Mix blinder recipe book talks about Whole food Juice keeping the pulp/fiber Blended 90 second's ice on top. Your opinion much appreciated. Anyone doing smoothie feasting program that you can interview. Would love to hear that podcast. You are much appreciated keep up the good work

The oil is completely unnecessary and you would reap more benefit from flax seeds the oil has been processed and during that process nutrients and PyTos will have been lost
Dr. G has been healing 100s if not 1000s of people with her protocol. She recommends flax oil.
Don't need the protein powder its a waste of your money

I think this smoothie would be great minus the oil (pure fat), seeds and powder. Bananas, mango, spinach, kale and water is all I need!

You need fat to absorb the nutrients from the ingredients better
Fat helps absorb vitamins A D E and K as they are fat soluble and ineffective without it. Flax oil is rich in omega 3s and chia seeds are a powerhouse. Protein powder seems like a personal preference of hers.
