SNK actually refrenced this in the original SNK vs Capcom in a really oddly secretive way. For context the original SNK vs Capcom was a Neo Geo Pocket Colour Game, infact it was one of the few games designed specifically for the Pocket Colour with almost no compatability with the base Neo Geo Pocket. Key word there is almost because if you did put you SNK vs Capcom cartridge in a regular NGP you'd get a special screen telling your using the wrong system with cameos from characters who aren't playable for some reason, one of these cameos being K' and Alex staring each other down.
It would be cool if CvS3 include "ex" characters like when you press select button for example Iori => Orochi Iori Ryu => Kage Tizoc => King Of Dinosaur

Yeah, same with Cammy. In fact, one team could be Team Interpol, with Cammy, Guile, and Abel, while the other is the usual Team Ikari Warriors with Leona, Ralph, and Clark. Both soldier based teams with very popular characters.
@@barrysmith4610 I thought of including Charlie instead too, but they've been pushing Guile being Abel's mentor for a while, so I thought it would make sense to have him there instead of Charlie who's been dead more often than not. Also, the team has some more variety that way.

Why? We can literally have both Rin Shibuya and the Blue Bomber in the Game because my favorite Ayaka Fukuhara Role is still none other than Rock Light/Classic Mega Man.
Something I've come to realize is that, from all the teams, Women Fighters and Taiyo Academy can actually have a secret ending on their own. In Women Fighters, if you abuse Hibiki's sword attacks over King and Athena, her personality changes to straight up psychopath like in Samurai Shodown or lowkey in The Last Blade 2, and on the final boss, she must face her own team instead in order to get the evil ending. In Taiyo Academy, if you lose to the midboss, you keep playing anyway with another order of the next opponents, but Hyo will come out sooner, and whether you beat him or not, you will get the bad ending.

Canonically, I'm not sure Billy wants to ever team up with Iori again. Billy developed extreme hatred to Iori ever since the latter's debut, because he brutally beat him up for not winning the tournament. Look at Team Rival's ending in KOF 95. That one has been a characterization of Billy, and Eiji too in general.

13:26 I wholeheartedly disagree. I think there’s a perfect way asura could fit into capcom vs sink 3. The capcom secret boss. If you remember in asura’s wrath after the mortal girl died and he went berserk destroying olga’s armada, he just kind of wondered around aimlessly letting his wrath take him wherever until he ran into yasha. More specifically he landed in front of yasha and killed the guy he was about to fight and then fought him. Just like the boss fights in this game. We should have him be wondering around being led by his wrath and then stumble upon the tournament and take out the final boss, since his berserker form stil only seemed to hurt villains maybe he could sense the evil coming from the arena. I think playing through this game just to see berserker asura jump out and obliterate hyo and then have to fight him would be incredible. He even fits the criteria that f filling the screen with crazy bullshit in the boss fight. He’d be a great secret/unlockable boss
Either secret non-selectable bosses or strikers would be a great way to incorporate them if we insist on grounded gameplay. This would also allow for more obscure fighting games to be represented.

Team Special Agents Cammy and Guile learn that M. Bison and his Shadaloo goons are participating in the tournament. They enter as well so they can find him and bring him to justice, but they need a third team member. Coincidentally, Leona's usual team members Ralf and Clark are a no show for this tournament.
But he said that characters like Asura couldn't make it in the game. Again, it would be cool but he had to do it, he did the choices on purpose and it was tough for him to do it. Heck, the only reason why he added Dante in because he is the most popular and requested character to be in Capcom Vs SNK 3, and seeing we have Darkstalkers characters, it would make perfect sense to add him in the game but the characters need to nerf so they wouldn't be broken because the way they play in MvC3 and Infinite is way too much for a game like KOF or Street Fighter for example. And also you could make up your own Capcom Vs SNK roster, maybe post it on youtube or on other websites to talk about your own characters you would love to see. Heck, he even added Asura in his Marvel Vs Capcom 4 video so he doesn't hate the characters or any characters. He's a fighting game fan just like us but he needs to remember to make it unbiased as possible but also add fan service so both companies and fans can be happy. Even if you want to disagree that's fine but don't be upset about it because the man is working his soul on making these videos. Even if you don't get the character you wanted or an idea that didn't happen, just remember that he makes these videos not just for you, he makes them for fighting games and video game fans. He knows that he can't satisfy you or a few people so he tries his best to make the least amount of people feeling disappointed because you can't make everyone happy or agree with your opinion.

The team format and sticking to mostly fighting games is a great idea for CvS. I used to consider that aspect limiting but it makes a lot of sense and it would be more fitting to branch out to other things through a SVC chaos based roster instead

It wouldn't even just be walls that Makoto would break, she would charge up the Hayate for so long that she would warp from her father's dojo ALL THE WAY TO ENGLAND and split the Pacific & Atlantic Oceans in half while also causing a country-wide trail of wreckage. XD Note that in Super Street Fighter IV, Makoto was portrayed was a half comedic, half serious character.
I always had a feeling that Juri and May Lee would be fierce rivals. Two young Taekwondo geniuses, on a villain and one a super hero. They are made for each other.
Except nobody likes May Lee. It's why you never see 90% of the NESTS arc characters because most of them sucked. K', Kula, Angel, and Vanessa were the only popular ones and Maxima only stuck around because he and K' are a package deal.

My only issue with your roster is that it feels wrong to not have a Team Interpol, with Guile Cammy and Nash (or C. Viper to spice it up). And I kinda think Team Ikari Warriors should be there. Great video tho and I love how diverse this roster is, a lot of different options!
Yeah instead of Ryu, Ken, and Chun li you could put Chun li on team Interpol and replace her with Sean. Basically before the team was formed Sean beat Ryu in a spar to get acknowledged by Ken. Ken would then convince Ryu to help him train Sean for the upcoming tournament.

On the other hand, ADK games are largely absent, and Capcom’s sci-fi fighters are also unrepresented. If someone wants to use MI2 to justify Fio; congratulations you’ve opened the floodgates to the likes of Zero. s I wouldn’t mind some gross parody version of her ala Bad Boxart Mega Man /s.

There could be one from SFV with V-skills, V-triggers, v-shift and v-reversal; - One with max mode from kof XIV where the CD attack gives you a wall bounce to continue the combos; - A new SamSho Groove where you gain access to Rage explosion and Lightning blade, stance break, etc; - A Rival Schools-y groove with Tardy counter, air combos, a dodge that get you behind the enemy, opening them up for a grab or a quick combo; - A SFIV based groove, with focus attack, fadc, ex moves, a super and an ultra bar. One special edit team I'd like to see is actually three characters from the same franchise. Ryu, Ken, and Dan, Gouken's three proteges, making up Team Shotokan. There are so many directions you could take their interactions, from silly to heartwarming, and I love it.
Although this roster is sorely lacking in charge characters, namely Guile and Leona, it's overall very strong. My team would definitely have Makoto and Rock on it. There's too many good picks for me to definitely choose a third, but I'd have to consider Ruby Heart, G, Menat, Blue Mary, Vanessa, Alex, Dudley, Kim, Kyosuke, Darli, Felicia, Talbain, and King. Maybe Fio too depending on how they'd handle her. As much as I love Dante, after his Marvel appearance made him feel as close to playing a DMC game as possible, he'd feel too neutered here in comparison for me.

With that reasoning, maybe Jedah could've been a boss, or perhaps part of a team whose theme is them fighting over who the strongest of them is, constantly arguing over who gets to be leader.

Why? We can literally have both Rin Shibuya and the Blue Bomber in the Game because my favorite Ayaka Fukuhara Role is still none other than Rock Light/Classic Mega Man.

Something I've come to realize is that, from all the teams, Women Fighters and Taiyo Academy can actually have a secret ending on their own.
In Women Fighters, if you abuse Hibiki's sword attacks over King and Athena, her personality changes to straight up psychopath like in Samurai Shodown or lowkey in The Last Blade 2, and on the final boss, she must face her own team instead in order to get the evil ending.
In Taiyo Academy, if you lose to the midboss, you keep playing anyway with another order of the next opponents, but Hyo will come out sooner, and whether you beat him or not, you will get the bad ending.

Canonically, I'm not sure Billy wants to ever team up with Iori again. Billy developed extreme hatred to Iori ever since the latter's debut, because he brutally beat him up for not winning the tournament. Look at Team Rival's ending in KOF 95. That one has been a characterization of Billy, and Eiji too in general.

If you remember in asura’s wrath after the mortal girl died and he went berserk destroying olga’s armada, he just kind of wondered around aimlessly letting his wrath take him wherever until he ran into yasha. More specifically he landed in front of yasha and killed the guy he was about to fight and then fought him. Just like the boss fights in this game. We should have him be wondering around being led by his wrath and then stumble upon the tournament and take out the final boss, since his berserker form stil only seemed to hurt villains maybe he could sense the evil coming from the arena. I think playing through this game just to see berserker asura jump out and obliterate hyo and then have to fight him would be incredible. He even fits the criteria that f filling the screen with crazy bullshit in the boss fight. He’d be a great secret/unlockable boss

Acting like Asura wouldn’t have been the perfect secret Capcom boss.
But he said that characters like Asura couldn't make it in the game. Again, it would be cool but he had to do it, he did the choices on purpose and it was tough for him to do it. Heck, the only reason why he added Dante in because he is the most popular and requested character to be in Capcom Vs SNK 3, and seeing we have Darkstalkers characters, it would make perfect sense to add him in the game but the characters need to nerf so they wouldn't be broken because the way they play in MvC3 and Infinite is way too much for a game like KOF or Street Fighter for example.
And also you could make up your own Capcom Vs SNK roster, maybe post it on youtube or on other websites to talk about your own characters you would love to see. Heck, he even added Asura in his Marvel Vs Capcom 4 video so he doesn't hate the characters or any characters. He's a fighting game fan just like us but he needs to remember to make it unbiased as possible but also add fan service so both companies and fans can be happy. Even if you want to disagree that's fine but don't be upset about it because the man is working his soul on making these videos. Even if you don't get the character you wanted or an idea that didn't happen, just remember that he makes these videos not just for you, he makes them for fighting games and video game fans. He knows that he can't satisfy you or a few people so he tries his best to make the least amount of people feeling disappointed because you can't make everyone happy or agree with your opinion.

My only issue with your roster is that it feels wrong to not have a Team Interpol, with Guile Cammy and Nash (or C. Viper to spice it up). And I kinda think Team Ikari Warriors should be there. Great video tho and I love how diverse this roster is, a lot of different options!

I’d argue Talbain and Maxima are less of outliers than Fio and the DMC team; at least the former are best known for fighting games and/or originated from them. On the other hand, ADK games are largely absent, and Capcom’s sci-fi fighters are also unrepresented. If someone wants to use MI2 to justify Fio; congratulations you’ve opened the floodgates to the likes of Zero.

You should talk about new grooves. There could be one from SFV with V-skills, V-triggers, v-shift and v-reversal;
- One with max mode from kof XIV where the CD attack gives you a wall bounce to continue the combos;
- A new SamSho Groove where you gain access to Rage explosion and Lightning blade, stance break, etc;
- A Rival Schools-y groove with Tardy counter, air combos, a dodge that get you behind the enemy, opening them up for a grab or a quick combo;
- A SFIV based groove, with focus attack, fadc, ex moves, a super and an ultra bar. Guess it would be fun😁

Ryu, Ken, and Dan, Gouken's three proteges, making up Team Shotokan. There are so many directions you could take their interactions, from silly to heartwarming, and I love it.

Although this roster is sorely lacking in charge characters, namely Guile and Leona, it's overall very strong.
My team would definitely have Makoto and Rock on it. There's too many good picks for me to definitely choose a third, but I'd have to consider Ruby Heart, G, Menat, Blue Mary, Vanessa, Alex, Dudley, Kim, Kyosuke, Darli, Felicia, Talbain, and King. Maybe Fio too depending on how they'd handle her. As much as I love Dante, after his Marvel appearance made him feel as close to playing a DMC game as possible, he'd feel too neutered here in comparison for me.

@@terrybogars8933 Thorgi does say in the Team Night Warriors section that his issue was grouping up characters he could reasonably see working together. With that reasoning, maybe Jedah could've been a boss, or perhaps part of a team whose theme is them fighting over who the strongest of them is, constantly arguing over who gets to be leader.
