I love your workouts above all others Oliver. But please can you make it clear next time that this includes stretching. I do my own warm up and cool down so when I search for a 30 min hiit I am kind of expecting that it will be a full 30 min hiit session like the others. It was really annoying having to look for another workout to cover the missing minutes today. Thank you 😊
