    you have to use your head when you want to hit real delts and small weights, go down on the weight and get contact, then you can increase slowly and with Mike's technique the real delt will grow over a few months and years, things take time 💪💪

    When i get tired and elbows flare up, i end up using triceps. I always have to do "thumps up" or back to keep elbows down.

    I am able to set and put my shoulder out for rear delt flies with cables or pec deck, but is this even possible with a rope face pull? The contraction of the movmement makes my shoulders go back into socket even if i reset after every rep. Thoughts?

    I have a problem doing these reverse cable when I do them high it hurt my shoulders like almost like I’m getting and impingement

    Mike, my wife's left me, and my business partner has been embezzling money out of our company, which looks like it will be going under by the end of the week. When I do rear delts I find myself being pulled forward into the machine. Kieth-the-maniac, the gym owner, says it's due to me wearing roller skates, but I think it's my form, and/or my Golds gym muscle vest. What do you think you could advise? (2 weeks out)
