None of your videos are exact clones of prior videos. You are the only trainer on the UA-cams who offers so much nuance. Hence why I watch all of them multiple times. Catch what I may have missed the first time. Great work.

Appreciate when you mention body part days v ppl.
Especially as natural, I've found rapid gains doing each body part x1/week opposed to over training of each group x2/week.
I have much better shoulder/arm days and better gains rather than trying to do biceps after a back session and triceps after a chest session
As he said, what works for you doesn't work for everyone, but it's an experiment. Treat it like one
With the right intensity, less is more

I really don't have opportunity to hit the gym more than 3 times a week, so I do push/off/legs/off/pull then 2 days off and repeat. So the push/pull/legs setup works for me to hit as much as possible in 3 days

What I like about this channel is the simplicity. Beginners can truly be mind fucked with how much information is out on lifting weights. It’s so easy, find one, maybe two reputable people to follow and stick with that one or two! Don’t over complicate your workout. Find 3 basic movements per body part and just get to it!

Grounding is in fact a real thing, that’s actually beneficial.
Grounding doesn’t work in your stocking feet at the gym. Some people just like to work out and socks. Back in 80s at Victoria health club with Peter Mueller…. Everybody wore socks in the gym.

Honestly deadlifting barefoot feels so much better. Grip the floor. Plus feet are not meant to be constantly in shoes/socks. It is often the reason ppl get ankle, knee and lower back problems. There is an epidemic of these problems. But each to their own

The bodybuilding and yoga hybrid was bond to come to bodybuilding. Just like the running, pocket passing quarterback and the 6’9 point guard and a black great golfer. Since bodybuilders are usually stiff and lack range of motion and balance. How do you improve that? with stretching. Yoga and lifting have the same “feel the burn” mentality. Yoga and lifting weights help body posture which everyone needs to work on. Miss me with that bullshit intro. And I do smoke trees but I ain’t no hippy. “It’s a plant” lol would love to lift with you tho? Then do a yoga session lol bring a towel tho, I be in the sauna too. #year2 on ya channel btw #justsaying
