I can't say whether it's only these videos, but I started self improvement for about six months. I've been on the gym, a hardcore clean bulk, face care and everything and I recently got my first girlfriend. I'm in my mid teens, and would never believe I would be where I am six months ago. Girls now ask me for my snap, talk to me in the most random times. My mental health drastically improved and I would say I owe that to you Hazma.

    Notes:
    - fix your hair
    - make sure that you shower in the morning and that your hair is actually clean
    - buy different products and see what works for you (gel, clay, wax, etc.)
    - improve your fashion
    - the best way to look good in any clothing is to have an aesthetic physique
    - find clothes that you like wearing, don't be influenced by someone else into wearing articles that look okay but you don't really like
    - don't forcefully change what you like to wear to look good, but find better of what you like to wear
    - clothing sets are great since they are meant to match and won't ever look out of place
    - fix your posture
    - if you have the posture of a beta male, people will treat you like a beta male
    - your posture should be so straight that it almost feels like you're doing too much
    - chest out, chin up, shoulders back

I’m a woman… but i still got a lot of info out of this for me and my husband. We’re country casual people, but we like to look nice and clean when we go out. This helped us to realize “okay we like comfortable, casual as our general style” but when we go out “okay I like that matching suit with these clean solid shoes”.. or even just solid pants with a button up and layered jacket. it took us a while to get out of the cheap and comfy headspace but when we did we started feeling like a whole younger and hotter couple 🤣 keep in mind we were only 17 and 21 when we were married, but we’re going on 10 years of marriage and are both still in our early twenties. We got so used to this comfortable and sensible lifestyle that we forgot what it was like to dress up and just have fun, be flirtatious. And actually care about your image.

For people who are confused about what hair product they should use, I suggest using sea salt spray because it gives your hair a very natural look, tho it doesn't provide a very strong hold , you can use a hair dryer or styling products like wax , paste or cream to achieve a strong hold after applying sea salt spray. For me only using sea salt spray does the job, it's flexible and doesn't take too much time to style

    • @DiscoLizzard

I have some experience with this. What helped me the most is vitamin A, morning and evening face-washing, and products like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. If you continue to struggle, see a dermatologist as they can prescribe stronger medications like topical/oral antibiotics and isotretinoin. If you experience rare psychiatric side effects from the isotretinoin, ask your doctor about escitalopram.
      I hope this helps : )

Guys listen to Hamza's advice. Try different hair products until you find the perfect one for you. If you have very fine hair like me, any gels or wax or hair spray is going make you hair look like shit, after trying multiple products, the perfect product was foam then hairdryer, it made my hair strands layered instead of stuck to each other, which increased volume massively instead of decreasing it. Try products, and see what's best and stick to it everyday!

With regards to the clothes, I firmly believe that mixing and matching should be welcomed with open arms. Don’t get me wrong, clothing sets aren’t bad but people should definitely consider pairing colours of different colours and tones within the colour scale. It’s unconventional, but if it works it can really do you wonders. Gym set clothing are very sharp and clean but I would suggest stepping out of that barrier and consider trying more “smart clothing”. The other two tips however, I think it’s safe to agree that it would tremendously help with glowing you up
