Man ive fallen victim to basically all of this. I was really close with a girl, then lost contact during covid. I did online and they did in person school the following year and missed her like crazy, thinking ive been forgotten, she then messages me halfway in the year through computer how ive been doing, we message a bit then i got ghosted for a few months more. Meet again in summer and she seems excited to see me again, we talked for a while and really thought things between us could start again. I then get ghosted suprise *again* and this time i return to person school, she barely looks at me, i kid you not it took me to the last 2 months of school to finally cut ties with her. Where was all that energy with me? She would say in words she still cares for me, but he actions said otherwise. Dry texts, dry convos, and false hope when she agreed to start dating once we started high school (was 8th grade at the time). I finally stop dancing around the problem after getting advice from a friend. I adress how i feel, and if she really wants what i want with her, and its completly fine if she doesnt. She explains shes really not ready and shes sorry. Not looking for a boyfriend for a while. And to be honest, it wasnt even 100% that i wantef to date her anymore, i judt didnt want to start over with another girl yk? I just wanted my best friend back. I can not explain how bad i was doing. Mentally and physcically drained. I was depressed, had su*cidaI thoughtd, p*rn addiction, lonely, and just in such a bad place, just barely keeping my gpa above a 3.1... I made a rule that I still have my good workout routine before I do everything else. I told that my girlfriend in her face and she accepted it and even respected me more for it. I think it's important to also mention that accepting your physical touch is not necessarily a sign of attraction on its own, but a sign of trust. Plenty of women will hug, caress or touch male friends just because they trust them, same way they hug and touch their female friends. Still, establishing trust is a big step as well.

Great list! But personally, I think what's much harder is looking for signs to discern whether she's into you or she's just being super polite/friendly... Always struggled with this, the line between them is so thin that it's almost invisible.
My friend Gabriela, had feelings for me and we had fucking great potiential the signs and the vibes were so clear and so strong. But then her sociopathic ex came back into her life and manipulated her and guilt tripped her, making her ultimately doubt me. They got back together for a short while but now it's done and its dusted and the vibes between us were exactly what they were prior to his reappearance, if a girl likes you look out for subtle things for example we met for dinner at my work place and we were having an intellectual and emotional conversation and at one point she went to the bathroom and completely redone her hair, was trying to get me to notice her outfit and how she looked. Another thing is to look out for is small gestures. Showing that if you aren't present that she'll reach out to you and wanna see you! She will make time for you if she really cares about you. She'll also give you compliments and try to pick up on small things and make you feel strong. Now some girls are just naturally flirty and will flirt with anyone even friends. But ultimately you can tell by facial expressions and how she looks at you and how she feels around you. I know around me my friend feels safe and comfortable which is fucking important as she should feel like I can protect her and provide. I don't know if it will work out and i am aware that I have feelings but I'm not blinded by them. So I'm doing my own thing and if it's going to happen it will happen.

It's literally the same with women :D We have trouble with determining, when a guy is not into us, when hes benching or breadcrumbing us. I usually tell the guy that im not interested, to save his and mine time. But I know lots of women don't. All the signs you've mentioned could also indicate when a man is not interested in a woman. I had a situation, when I thought that guy just needed more time, but then, I learnt he was very active pursuing his ex and they become a couple within a month, when with me, it was 6 months or so and nothing. Yeah, conversations in general with a girl reveals a lot of tells whether she's interested in you. She never responds first and when she does respond to you she usually ties off that part of the conversation like she's not interested in exploring it any further. She doesn't really ask you anything about yourself or come up with her own topics. It ends up just being a back and forth of you asking a question, her answering and then you asking a different question and her answering that, rinse and repeat. It's emotionally draining talking to women because you generally have to carry the whole conversation.
Once i was into a girl i really liked but i just used to text her not talk to her in person because i was to afraid then one of my friends told her i liked her and she directly rejected me. She literally told me "i dont want to be with you go get a life" i was heart broken but instead of getting onto depression and crying and all that stuff i improved myself. I agree 1 million % about what he said about girls taking forever to text back. And one more thought to that. I had a boxing buddy who became a bouncer and his first night on the job he encountered a guy with a knife. After that he took fencing to give him a little edge with weapons. Fencing is a good supplement to boxing.
Man ive fallen victim to basically all of this. I was really close with a girl, then lost contact during covid. I did online and they did in person school the following year and missed her like crazy, thinking ive been forgotten, she then messages me halfway in the year through computer how ive been doing, we message a bit then i got ghosted for a few months more. Meet again in summer and she seems excited to see me again, we talked for a while and really thought things between us could start again. I then get ghosted suprise *again* and this time i return to person school, she barely looks at me, i kid you not it took me to the last 2 months of school to finally cut ties with her. I would talk to her she wouldnt give eye contact, showed basically no intrest in convos, etc. Her younger brother who also went to our school gave me more attention which was the sad thing. Ive asked so many times after class at the end of the day if shes ok and why isnt she so responsive, and she'd reply "im really exhausted and stressed with everything, sorry" but then 5 min later shed laughing and seemingly having a great time with her friends. Where was all that energy with me? She would say in words she still cares for me, but he actions said otherwise. Dry texts, dry convos, and false hope when she agreed to start dating once we started high school (was 8th grade at the time). I finally stop dancing around the problem after getting advice from a friend. I adress how i feel, and if she really wants what i want with her, and its completly fine if she doesnt. She explains shes really not ready and shes sorry. Not looking for a boyfriend for a while. And to be honest, it wasnt even 100% that i wantef to date her anymore, i judt didnt want to start over with another girl yk? I just wanted my best friend back. I can not explain how bad i was doing. Mentally and physcically drained. I was depressed, had su*cidaI thoughtd, p*rn addiction, lonely, and just in such a bad place, just barely keeping my gpa above a 3.1... Theres much more but i cant even go there, theres so much. Nobody even at 13 should experience that. Am i upset with the way she treated me? Yea why wouldnt I. But im more upset at myself, why didnt i realize the signs? And when I did, why was in denial about it? Why couldn't I move on, why did i chase someone who doesnt care about me, why was i so stupid? How better would i have been if I just talked to someone else? All over a girl man... ive learned from that experience though, better now to learn than later in life right? Man im still in a bad place rn and have those bad thoughts, but i promise ill do whatever it takes to get myself out of this hell hole, no matter how long it takes, and how many times i feel like ending it all. Whoever is going through a similar situation, please dont chase, focus on urself before u focus on girls/boys, dont make the same mistakes i have, move on.

I think it's important to also mention that accepting your physical touch is not necessarily a sign of attraction on its own, but a sign of trust. The only girl I have ever had a real crush on in the last 7 years I see 3 times a week. Around half a year ago, we got really well, we went on a date before the summer holidays and we texted every day. My friend Gabriela, had feelings for me and we had fucking great potiential the signs and the vibes were so clear and so strong. But then her sociopathic ex came back into her life and manipulated her and guilt tripped her, making her ultimately doubt me. Another thing is to look out for is small gestures. Showing that if you aren't present that she'll reach out to you and wanna see you! She will make time for you if she really cares about you. She'll also give you compliments and try to pick up on small things and make you feel strong. Now some girls are just naturally flirty and will flirt with anyone even friends. But ultimately you can tell by facial expressions and how she looks at you and how she feels around you. I know around me my friend feels safe and comfortable which is fucking important as she should feel like I can protect her and provide. I don't know if it will work out and i am aware that I have feelings but I'm not blinded by them. So I'm doing my own thing and if it's going to happen it will happen.

Yeah, conversations in general with a girl reveals a lot of tells whether she's interested in you. She never responds first and when she does respond to you she usually ties off that part of the conversation like she's not interested in exploring it any further. She doesn't really ask you anything about yourself or come up with her own topics. It ends up just being a back and forth of you asking a question, her answering and then you asking a different question and her answering that, rinse and repeat. It's emotionally draining talking to women because you generally have to carry the whole conversation.
Once i was into a girl i really liked but i just used to text her not talk to her in person because i was to afraid then one of my friends told her i liked her and she directly rejected me. She literally told me "i dont want to be with you go get a life" i was heart broken but instead of getting onto depression and crying and all that stuff i improved myself.
