I generally agree with the idea of having sexual polarity in a relationship. As someone whose active duty Hamza has a very romanticized version of what that lifestyle can do to a relationship. Military couples have some of the highest divorce rates by profession. The woman gets bored, you're unavailable, she craves attention, and she will find someone else to give it her. Be mysterious to women, but don't put yourself in a position where you're absent. She still needs your attention and validation to keep the relationship strong.

I agree with this. I think there should be a balance between absence and availability because if the man is gone for far too long the woman might end up feeling depressed from a big lack of attention from her man.

Anyone can improve if they want. We don't need a role model to tell us that. He is just an example of someone who improved their life.
Another example: About 8 months ago, I had zero muscle in my chest area. I couldn't do 1 pushup. Now I can do 100 pushups in 15 minutes and am developing a big chest.
      Anyone can do anything.

This video literally changed my perception of love.
I have been texting my girlfriend every. single. day. And just telling her how much I love her and all, but I realised that if I am always going to be available, she is slowly but surely going to lose interest because she just knows that "Oh, he's always available so I know what he's doing all the time".
If I don't always text her and talk to her less, she is going to be thinking about me more.
    Thank you, Hamza.
UPDATE: 1 year later my life went to shit because of medical issues and mental health, and no I haven't been with anyone else since that person, and not planning to.

I have been doing this since last 6 months … I talk once every 2-3 days. She misses me like hell and gives me much more respect. Also, the quality of the conversation gets better when you talk after a few days.
At first, they will be angry seeing the sudden change in you. But then you gotta act like you have other important things to do than just talking to her. If she wanna stay she can, if not then you wouldn’t stop her.
Thats where she gets a “L” and you get the “W”. From here onwards, she will wait for your text/call and miss you… Most importantly, she will respect you!

Girls today care more about looks than personality. If you're tall and good-looking, you'll get more attention than a nice and respectful man who is shorter or really ugly due to genetics they are what girls call "creepy".
You may say going to the gym, working out, and getting abs will help, but for short men, having strong muscles and a shredded body can come across as compensating and arrogant to girls. Some men are so unattractive that working out won't improve their appearance due to genetics.
It's a reality of today's generation that many men are unaware of. These videos are pointless and cringy. Don't try the things shown in these videos, it's really creepy for her DONT MAKE IT WORSE.

    Hello Hamza!
I've seen that you posted a video entitled "I have fulfilled my purpose".
If that's your decision, so be it. I'm not here to stop you, but to say some kind words.
I discovered your channel when I was a geek.
I wasn't playing video games then because I had already quit.
But I was spending A LOT of time on social media, trying to get girls.
I would wake up, make myself some pasta, and go to the gym, but the rest of the activities I was doing besides that was scrolling on TikTok, Instagram, UA-cam and watching P*rn.
Then, I would go outside at 10 PM and come back home at 2-3 AM.
I was consuming Tate Shorts and I've always wanted to start a business, but I was too lazy to do it.
    I didn't like my life.
I meditated and Gratitude journaled almost every day, and my mental health improved significantly, but I still had a hole in my soul. I wasn't fulfilling my purpose.
Now, I don't eat that great, I only eat 2 times a day: meat and eggs, because I have finally started my business and I want to be as focused and spend as much time as possible on it.
I skip meditating and journaling sometimes, but I will never stop doing them.
I still remember the late nights when I would make myself chicken and rice and watch your videos.
You've changed my life forever Hamza.
A tear dropped from my eye while writing this.
All I can do is be grateful for your existence and become like Adonis.
I will never forget you, Hamza.
I've mentioned your name too many times in my journal to do it.
I must keep pushing forward and make you proud.
I hope that one day we will meet and you will see the person that I'm going to be, because of your life lessons and my perspicacious mind.

Still though, we always drifted apart and I'm told by everyone that I'm just too nice. I've always been super open about everything, but after seeing this I've realized that eventually they come to expect everything. Women need excitment, they are curious people. They got bored with me and moved on. I realize my mistake now, one of the many. I try my best though. Keep your heads up my brothers, and follow the advice of this wise mentor.

dude this was an actually epic video, not only on the informative/educational side, but on how poetic it all is. I've always had this theory that couples tend to lose their passion for each other because they get too used to each other. The novelty slowly drifts away, everything gets so predictable, there is no magic anymore. As of everything in life, it needs contrast.

Guys, remember that every girl is different. Most of the advice given here works for some women, but others already know what your plan is and they are gonna be rather annoyed by you. The worst thing you can do is pretend to be someone you arent. You either become that person that goes to the gym etc or you tell her the truth. It all rather comes down to how you form what you say and how. Say everything with confidence, be fun to be around, do fun activities etc together. Dont overcomplicate going out with girls because they are just human beings mostly looking for the same thing you look for. And what you look for you should show, dont hide what you want from her because she is probably with you because she has the same thing on her mind.
Edit: I wont argue with you guys, everyone has their own believes and its a waste of time arguing. In this world we are living in everyone just goes through life with their own perspective on things. I have my success with women, im charismatic etc and it all works by what i described for me. Good luck everyone

definitely agree, sounds cliche but "just be yourself" goes along way. Once you have an idea of what your personality is like you can be selective and date people that match your energy, usually you're able to open up more naturally which can lead to attraction anyway. Obviously it's important to have an aura of mysteriousness or be able to flirt etc. But I think there's a healthy balance.

This is also why getting your sexual urges under your control is important for a wife. Idk how many times I've heard of husbands banging their wife into the bed 7 days a week until he gets bored and wants variety, then ruins his own marriage. However, if you control your own sexual urges even with your wife, it allows you to maintain frame and make sure she's always in the position of wanting you more than you want her.
Guys....recognize that the sexual urges you feel can be channeled into literally anything else. Working out, learning something new, ext. the longer you do it, it develops into a habit. Practice the habit long enough and it'll develop into a personality trait. A permanent part of you. Don't let your body demand you around, force your own body to submit and obey you. If you can't even be masculine enough to exert dominance over your own body, you'll always struggle and suffer in life.

I replied "I trained so hard today I became a God". The way I said it and the way I looked in her eyes she damn near jumped on me.

This is the one domain where even as a scrawny nerd I was playing on easy mode. Even when my day to day life was unmysterious, my brain always was/is. I'm one of those types of people who always likes to just let my thoughts wander, read intellectually stimulating books, etc. If a girl asked me what was on my mind, it was almost always something they hadn't thought about before. To them it was just coming out of nowhere, even if for me it was hours of thought in the on and off in the dull parts of my day. My go with the flow attitude and how much I enjoy new experiences means that to anyone who thinks they have me pegged down, I tend to surprise people when put in "novel" situations. People are shocked to find out some of the things I've done because they think I'm a square based on first impressions. Some women, especially nerdy ones, love an unassuming looking guy who actually does/thinks interesting things, even if their 9-5 life is mundane as fuck.
