Notes: 1. Compete: compete with your old self as well as other people. 2. Fighting legally: to unleash primal energy. (Hurt each other but it's a friendly spar) 3. Diet optimization: Cut out Alcohol and Sugar (don't go crazy over it, you can treat yourself on your birthday) 4. Lift weights: Hamza encourage Bodybuilding but you can do anything (Hypertrophy 12-15 reps) 5. Speak to beautiful women: speak to feminine women (Do not allow your desire for women to be suppressed) 6. Semen retention: GET ON NO FAP 7. Stand up straight with your shoulders back: your body language correlates to your position in society. 8. Improve your mental health. Good luck kings. Watch the video first then read this comment again.
Hey do you personally think wrestling ties in with fighting too, not just competing? It is not with fist or sort of striking but it takes a lot of technique and strength. Also on another note, I feel any MAN can follow these and be extremely happy with themselves, seriously. Ever since I cut out kinda of stuff that is negative and makes me less of a person than I could be, I have been so much happier with myself (I have been slacking and need to get back on track. Last thing, I believe to myself, the hardest thing on this list to do. Is talk to women. It sounds to weird to say it is hard though it is the most simplistic thing to do, I just get so cautious about what I say and do so I am not considered weird or embarrassed. (I went a little overboard in ur replies, but that’s what I felt I needed to say to someone) Good luck on ur journey man 👍
Hypertrophy doesn’t occur in the 12-15 rep range, it could, but there is no set rep range for hypertrophy, the best way to achieve hypertrophy is to progressively overload the weight your lifting and taking every set to failure or 1 RiR
@@aken6566 "can't fight" could mean something is physically limiting you to currently fight. "Won't fight" is just yourself not wanting or willing to fight. Now tell me if it's still the other way around.
I feel this could better be expressed as: “Failure filters out the weaker and makes the left stronger”, meaning people who give up gain nothing, while people who keep trying their best get stronger
Me and my son are on day 2 at the gym, he’s 19 and I’ve begged him to watch your videos. He hasn’t but I remember you’re video on patience, doing my best to guide him.
@Rewired work hard to level up and make progress. My definition of progressing is getting a better physical shape, mental shape and financial state. Work hard for those things and you become the man you want to be
i stopped watching porn, cut out fake friends, started losing weight, gaining alot of muscle with a new training plan, regulate what i eat and i am slowing down weed usage because cold turkey is too hard right now. i feel amazing right now, i hope i can become even better in the future
@@JaylanCarponi lost alot of friends i thought were good friends but were double standarded idiots, gained a real friend this april and i went to spain in august with him. i got a girlfriend i am moving in with her this month. She never traveled before so i showed her a 4 star hotel in Amsterdam (Inntel Hotel Landmark Spa Suite), i am still occasionally smoking but much much less than before, i am starting with the gym again after a month break next monday, i was too comfortable recently i must admit.. i mature alot over the past 11 months of typing this and i hope i can become someone one day
Hey Hamza, I'm a 15 year-old on self-improvement I'm so glad to learn from you Hamza Some months ago, a friend of mine recommended your channel. He talked with me about self improvement He tried to convince me that playing video games, watching netflix, eating junkfood, social media was bad for me and that i should try to quit doing the bad habits This was the first day of watching your videos Today, I watch your videos every day and learn from your experiences Thank you Hamza
I support masculinity but andrew tate runs a pyramide sceme i know that because i joined hustlers university and the only way to get money dollars is to get some one who pays 50 dollars a month to join your course and then you get 25 dollars and andrew tate gets 25 dollars so youre kind of doing all the work and he gets half of it and on top ofvthat you also pay 50 dollars
competition is truly something else we were 4 friends last year in class, I was the weak one who didn't workout and the other 3 were full on superhero body, they started teasing me little by little until I went into callisthenics, six month in and my masculine drive was through the roof it was to the level that people I knew long ago were baffled, that friction between the boys and wanting to be the best while also pushing the others to be a formidable benchmark of your current capabilities gives a burning desire, I could not even sleep without working out that day
Notes: 1. Compete: Compete with others, not just with your older self because that instills motivation and masculine energy inside of you and makes everything more fun and exciting overall, by actively competing in something against your fellow men you awaken something primal inside of you. 2. Fighting (Legally): Through fighting, it's as if you unleashed your primal energy, and consequentially get more masculine. 3. Diet optimization: Cut out alcohol and sugar (although all foods have some nowadays, avoid the high-sugar foods such as sweets, pastries, most kinds of cereals etc.). You can treat yourself once every 2-3 months although preferably you should not but it's fine if you have a treat on your birthday or on Christmas. 4. Resistance training: Train for muscle and strength preferably, however any kind of activity augments your testosterone. Do not worry about "overtraining", you can literally train every day if you wish to, surely our ancestors were almost always doing some kind of physical activity. Just remember to eat well and a lot if you train a lot. 5. Speak to feminine women: Kind of self-explanatory, also do not allow your desire to be suppressed, it's ok to have dirty thoughts about women when you see a beautiful one. 6. Be wary of your ejaculation: Get on no-fap and progressively unload your ejaculation frequency, also work on avoiding porn, if you do masturbate, just do it without porn. 7. Stand up straight with your shoulders back: Your body language correlates to your status and societal position. 8. Mental health: Improve your mental health, there's a lot of ways to do this, perhaps with a gratitude journal, journaling and especially meditation, good hygiene, good diet, working on something important... Overall increasing your testosterone will also have your mental health be better but remember to focus on it as well.
If just world understand what mastrbtion doing to the body one will never do it ,, mastrbation is disaster don’t do it at all and you will get results really quickly
I love that there's no bullshit with this guy. You can tell it's literally getting across the correct message. No cut scenes of "lifestyle" or "buy this" or whatever. You can tell it's just authentic.
My grandfather had a saying “suffer the pain of discipline rather than the pain of regret”, back in middle school, I didn’t really know what that meant, but now I get it, you are inspirational man thank you subscribed
my grandfather sayed the same all the time and now iv'e becoome the ultimate sigma male that attracts all the woman in the world no matter the age, and im still going strong after my grandfather died from cancer but i will complete my next math exam.
I've been on self improvement for about 3 and a half months now, and my life has changed so much since then. Thank you Hamza for making these videos, we really need more people like you.
I swear to God this lad Hamza is a legend, has changed many people lives towards better, I am one of them. I am looking forward to see Hamza in the UK ,Than you , Fam
To add to number 1, I was at my very best in times in life when i had to compete. In highschool sports, in job promotions, in seeing who can hit a higher bench press with my friends. The drive and motivation takes you past levels you wouldn’t normally go if you weren’t competing and that feeling when you win is amazing.
yeah ive had that as well cos me and my ex mate from a couple years ago went to the gym and what ever we went on we one upped eachother and tbh i hit marks i cant even hit now and ive been working out more than i did then
Hamza, I’ve been going to the gym and following your teachings for almost a year now, and my life is infinitely better, my love life has been interesting for the first time in my life and I’ve been a better man. thank you.
My Dad was Masculine, Strong, Protectective Family Man who was always busy with his work and family. He gave me a lot of advice and i didn't pay heed to his words and i couldn't realized him because i was brainwashed by social media and the matrix. I also noticed many Aunts were attracted to him. Now I can realize what real masculinity is by watching your video. Thanks. He is no More. May Allah SWT forgive all his sins and grant him paradise. Ameen
my dad is exactly the same but he is a bit old and lots of people are attracted to him even though he is old. he gives me a lot of advice. He is still alive alhamdullillah may allah SWT grant all our fathers paradise and forgive their sins
hey hamza , 15 year old here. Just started watching your videos a few days ago and your a huge inspiration. Ive been trying to quit bad habits and focus on self improvement because i literally have 0 self respect even to the point where i kept running behind a girl who showed all 10 signs of her not being interested in me. Its hard but thanks a lot for being a huge role model.
From my own experience its not that men these days suppress their desire for women, its that women are extremely selective, picky and quick to move on with men. This in turn causes men to interact less with women and overall place less importance on them because they see that a majority of their efforts are fruitless. Unless you got it all together already and have become extremely attractive, most women will turn a blind eye to you. Maybe its just the place I live in, but a majority of the women in my city wont even give a man who is striving to improve himself and is slowly progressing the time of day. They only want men who are the center of attention and already have it all. Even as a man continuing to make progress on self improvement I still get the same amount of attention as I did when I was lazy and unproductive. I dont fear rejection and my confidence has improved significantly but honestly the differences in the results are minuscule at best.
On the semen retention thing, I feel so ashamed afterwards. I literally feel a huge difference in my energy levels and I become lethargic for a while. I usually fall asleep or do nothing and mindlessly scroll on tiktok. Proud to say I havent been on tiktok this week, and I installed apps to help me with semen retention. For a while now, I have been on/off with improvement. The longest I went without social media was a month. I need to try and find habits to do instead of social media and fap, because if I get too bored I instinctively go to it. Everytime I start this, I notice a huge differencence and fail at the peak. That is what is driving me to be better, though. I know that my life can be much better and my energy levels can be much higher if I stop, and each time I start I go for longer. This time I am doing it differently, though. I am not just going to decide to stop, but I am going to take measures to make sure I can't. I installed a porn blocker, deleted social media and uninstalled anything that could provoke me to fap. I need to start hitting the gym, but other than that I also started meditating. I am going to stay on this path, wish me luck.
Your videos have been a lot of help keeping my self improvement on track. I turn 27 today but I know that life isn't over. I have 2 sons to raise and to set a standard for. God bless you man, I hope I can thank you in person some day.
Dear Hamza, I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and may I just say you have been an inspiration and now I’m going on a journey of self improvement, constantly exercising and reducing the amount of sugary food I eat. Growing up, I never had a father figure and so was grown up by my mother (who am extremely grateful for) but with that there was, I believe, a lack of masculine influence and thus became a literal Jeffery and made friends with disrespectful “friends” but one day something snapped and I knew I was depressed and so I started to become more respectful and started to listen to more people and more masculine figures like my brother and grandfather but i wanted to find out more and I came across this channel and the end of 2022 and since then I’ve been following your advice and since then I’ve been beyond grateful and I wanted to say thank you.
This was literally the video i was looking for. My dad never really taught me how to be a man and my role model was my mum, who was aware of this and made sure she gave me an upbringing thats as masculine as possible. But of course, shes taught me more about what a feminine woman would want to see in a man than what a man wants to see in himself. But this video gives me a glimpse of what masulinity should truly be like, and its not toxic at all. Thanks again hamza, I'll be using your tips.
Habits that increase my masculine energy are 1. Going to the gym multiple times a week 2. Cold approaching women 3. Eating clean 4. Working on becoming a successful self improvement UA-camr 5. Having a creative side, for me it's writing poems & stories
As I was listening to point #5 I remembered how fulfilled I felt when girlfriends or female friends told me how feminine they felt next to me. You don't have to be ripped to be masculine (I'm very flabby), you don't have to be aggressive or very successful, or very sociable. Just don't be a little boy. Don't whine or complain to a woman - you're the man, you're the one who gets shit done.
Just starting my journey. been watching alot of your videos over the last week. Bought some books and started reading, my screen time has gone from 6hrs to 2hrs. I can already feel how good this is for me. Thank you Hamza
Hamza I have to tell you, your channel is the best thing that happened to me recently. It opened up my eyes and now I can see that many dudes around me are a bunch of jeffreys who are not proud of their masculinity and call me toxic or aggresive as I am doing those habits. I won't lie that it's really frustrating and tiring, that I do the right thing while people see it as wrong. But it does not stop me from being proud of myself and that I'm a man, at least gradually becoming one. So thanks Hamza, you really make a difference in this mad society in which men cannot be proud of their masculinity
I am now 13, and thanks to you and other people, i try to improve my life day for day. I started going to the gym, i meditate (need to get used to doing it more often) and i eat healthier. I just wanted to thank you for that.
Well done brother. This is what makes us. The improvement will never end. I am 15, I've been on this journey for a year now, getting better all the time. We will succeed.
1) Compete (I need to do that more often) 2) Fighting legally (I need to practise MMA) 3) Eat Like a Warrior (Thanks mom, I already do) 4) Lift weights (I do Calisthenics, thanks to David Goggins and Tristan Tate. Yeah Gymnastic rings and Hamza's videos really motivated me. 5) Talk to Beautiful Women (I need to talk more with her) 6) Semen Retention (👌 I got this, got my demons under control along ago) 7) Stand straight with your shoulders back (Yeah I'm hunched sitting on my bed, standing straight now) Guess I haven't gotten my birth right taken, I am happy to hear about you. Gives hope for me to change. 8) mental health? Gonna watch the video tomorrow.
@@belivuk2526 you know exactly what he means and yes they have to be beutiful if they are ugly you won't get hard or feel anything cuz they aren't physcally beutiful
My dad often told me that army conscription (1 year of mandatory army service) turned boys into men and many people that served the army, like him, told me the same thing. I fully agree with this. Often I also heard, that if a guy avoided army service or didn't do it, that girls didn't see him as a proper man and wouldn't date him. I am in the firm belief that one of the greatest mistakes my country made was that we abolished army conscription, as the army gave people discipline, made them tough, deflated their egos and thought them how to work in a group (tribe) or in the best interest of the group (tribe). These days the problem is that many guys, who should act like men, behave like boys, many of them live in the belief that they are the coolest, most badass people around, but in reality haven't done anything to prove this. My goal is, that when I finish university, I want to apply for the voluntary 3 month army service.
Nice comment. I fully agree. By the way, the past tense of teach is taught. Thought is the past tense of think. (English is also my second language, and I would've appreciated advice like this when I was learning it, so there you go.)
The thing is you can now become proper man without army too. By doing what Hamza says. Army is an asset to a state not to you dont waste time there for small benefits that you can get by just doing the work.
Not beating off is so true. Recent break up and I beat off a lot. Then one day after some clarity ;) I decided to delete tinder and get ahold of myself. Didn’t beat off the next day. Felt more driven. Then the next day even more. Decided to not beat off again. Then today I’m feeling even more driven.
I love this video. It's become a crucial part for men and especially young men, to look deeper within and unleash their masculine energy. Every week there is more praise for young boys to become more in touch with their feminine side. It makes very little sense. Giving them a medal or trophy for the 15th place and participation awards is teaching them that no matter how average you are that you get what you want. But in the real grown up world, we must compete, improve and strive for greater things. There's only one #1 spot and if you ever want to be the manager, the winner, the best you have to use muscle, brain and outsmart your opponents. Life isn't easy if you want great things but the rewards are incomparable. Might be going on a rant here but the above is just a fraction of why MASCULINE Energy shouldn't be shunned on.
Bro, your such a role model to me. I can relate to not being up there and having that drive to be more masculine and try to climb my way back up there. This summer break, I've been trying to improve my body and mental health and I recently found you and you were the reason I'm focusing so much on me. Focus on me and let the women come to me and Adonise was such an inspiration for me. I love the shit you do and keep it up bro
It's crazy how more and more people become so feminine because of the effect society can give, we need more people like Hamza to revive the masculine energy that's being taken away from us
I am glad that hamza is telling men the importance of masculine energy, I’ve seen so many weak feminine young men throughout my life(14 turning 15 next month), I have been on self improvement and watching hamza for 6 months now, what that did for me, just taking the advice and tips he gives and implementing them, that has made me so much more masculine at my age that I dominate everyone, i will continue to dominate and i will continue to spread the messages of masculine men, I’ll be up there soon, working on a UA-cam channel myself, i wish you all the best of luck my brothers, we must compete, don’t let your weak feminine side prevent you from dominating all competition💪🏾, find a purpose, make it your mission, masculine men are needed as you read this, we are needed. Save and create more masculine men with what you have learned, let this be the comeback of masculinity💪🏾
Absolutely feeling it. Hamza is coming so far. Hearing him preach. Its inspiring. Its hard truths. Unfiltered. Great vid man Now guys lets smash it! Grab your true self and be empowered. Feeling strong after this vid
Coming from a 125 kg man at 6ft1 watching you makes me get my day to the maximum i am boxing ,studying running cooking and self improving thanks to you,Thank you Hamza!
I get a lot of shit in all of my friend groups for being both short (and to put it bluntly, because there is no way around it) fat, I find it hard to gain respect for myself. It's annoying because every frind I have has made fun of my appearence, but I've also connected with them on a deeper level, since they helped me through my depression and anxiety. It makes it hard to respect myself when it feels like I get targeted for shit sometimes, and I feel like a shell of what I could be, and I've started to go to the gym, eat heathier, wake up early and go to bed earlier, and more ways of self improvement. Channels like yours have inspired me to be a better person, and I have so much to thank you for, Hamza, and many other channels that have helped me in this shit-show of a world that dehumanizes masculine men, and inspire me to be the best man I can be.
Hamza I believe what really matters at the end of the day is why you feel the need for women in your life. If you feel the need because that's the only way you can feel worthy of love, that's the only way you will believe that you are deserving of love, then it's not the way to go. Especially because your self worth depends on it. I believe attraction should be natural, and something that happens because of the difference between the masculine and feminine as you say. The issue with not being clear about what you say is that many men would start believing that their need for having women in their life is alright when they should be focusing on learning to love themselves. You are worthy of love because you exist, not because you can sleep with multiple women, that's an important caveat to remember.
Thank you for your videos. My father is absent since my parents divorce and your videos are helping me become my true nature. Before I met you I was a full on beta and cared about what other people think. Until I saw you and starting to develop my true nature and porpose, so I wanna say thanks for making this videos for millions of boys that need them and keep doing what you're doing.
As someone born and raised in post soviet country which is now being westernized (Poland) I can see how this is literally infecting society in it. Myself as a kid was competing in literally everything. I also come from military family, so I had some head start to. Man in PA classes we even had tree climbing competition organized by our teacher. I don't think I had a week in school where I didn't have fight. I joined boxing and wrestling as I saw them as entertainment. Later on I joined my club hooligan group and we fought all the time. Bare knuckle and no BS. To say my best friends are the one I met when first fighting with them. Diet was simple and raw. There was no "organic" food. Everything was f*****g organic. Nothing in shops was packed in plastic. Butcher was wrapping your meat in paper and that's it. All veggies and fruits were from local farmers. Said that we never bought much in shop. My uncle was a farmer but also a hunter, and we had our own garden. I ate venison, wild game, fish, raw milk and dairy most of the time. eggs from our own chickens running outside all the time. For winter we were slaughtering 2-3 pigs and made our own supplies for winter. Then potatoes, some grains and loads of fermented food. We had a gym in my old workshop behind my house. Raw as fuck, but it was our equivalent of todays Netflix, video games and SM in one. Older generation of our grandparents who survived war, was passing great values and rules to us. Today when I look at these wimps with no muscle, no energy for life, no spark in their eyes, scared of any competition I just feel disgusted. Indulged in their comfort zones, weak, no presence and no resilience. It still not as bad as in the west, but we're getting there.
Poland had some really beautiful and feminine women. Same as Romania. But slowly they all copy and saying the same sh!t on TikTok from the West, just in their local language. Pretty soon the women want to embrace feminism. Polish men will start to get feminized, and some world government/super dictator will take over, since they're no strong men left to fight. I agree the Krakow airport baggage security guys were really jacked, and carried guns.
Hamza to be honest, I felt very motivated by you talking about your accomplishments because besides Tate, you are the only person I ever really was able to fully look up to. I need to thank you for making these videos and grinding nonstop in order for me to eventually discover you and LITERALLY change my life and take action within the first 10 Days of watching your videos and listening to- and implementing your advice into my lifestyle. I do Muay Thai 3x per week, I eat very clean no sugar maybe 7g of fat per day, I sleep 7-8.5h every night, I started reading books after I wake up at like 5:30AM. I've become very very productive and more masculine and Adonis-like with your help and for that I'll always be thankful. Doing the hard work especially when I don't feel like it. MWAH
Towards the end of the video, where you told us how we felt after hearing your rant about your domination in the self improvement space: I felt thankfulness and also a bit of jealousy. Thankfulness because you do a lots of good for the people that need help. You make the concepts easy to grasp and make it easy for us to implement habits and ideas. Without you, many people wouldn't have come as far as they are now, including me. The jealousy i felt came from the success you have. I wish I had this kind of success, not particularly on UA-cam or Social Media, but in Photography and Videography in my case. I wish i had the mental capacity to do university, have a good social life, get good sleep and workout, and to work on my hobby and not feeling exhausted. I'm capable of doing it, but I'm not there yet. - The comfort zone gets me after uni, because i feel exhausted. But I'm glad I can do workouts after university, even if I don't feel like it.
Workout first thing before university. I used to struggle to fit any physical activity after work because a job is draining and I'd be exhausted. Also check you've optimised your diet. For me I respond better to a ketogenic type plan, mostly carnivore. Some ppl need carbs. We're all different but in many cases the same.
@@pennyhardaway7491 Thank you. I tried implementing workouts before i go to university, but i struggle waking up very early. I try to look at my diet, my focus is to avoid sugar as far as possible and to eat generally healthy. But I'll keep your tips in mind and I'll try my best. Thank you :)
I don’t think I ever made a comment on your videos, so this would be the first. I’ll be honest, I used to go to the gym before watching you, but after I did start, I actually got disciplined and my body started to change, like, a LOT. I used to have around 25% bf, now I have around 17% (that took about 8 months because of my diet problems that I mentioned below). That means my abs aren’t really marked like yours, but they already started showing up. I genuinely feel different, like I’m more confident in myself. I started thinking about girls more and everywhere I go they look at me. One of my biggest problems is following the diet, I find it really hard to actually not eat bad things for me. But after watching this video, I made a decision to myself: I will follow everything you said, including the dietary stuff. I’m going to get a notebook and right everything I need to remember during the day, from smelling good and keeping my tongue on the top of my mouth to working out as hard as I can and maintaining discipline throughout the days. I live in Brazil, so my classes just started, I will ride my bike for a few minutes everyday so I can get a better health and a good looking body. You seriously changed my way of seeing the world. Now I know that even though I’m not *there* yet, I will be in some time if I push my limits and get the job done.
Since you have a notebook, try recording your workouts. It worked wonders for me, as I can literally see my gains, week to week, and I rely LESS on my disciple, and more of following a plan and workout with a purpose. How many men and especially women, workout at the gym, scrolling their phones between sets and hogging up a machine...no purpose. Here's what I do, I plan each weekly workout on three pages. Page 1 Monday, page 2 Wednesday page 3 Friday. Then I list my full body workout for Monday. Exercise name and three working sets. Each time I finish a set, 1. Write down the weight used 2. Reps performed 3. RIR or Reps in Reserve (search Dr Mike, Renessaince Periodization). I have slightly different exercises for Wednesday and Friday, but all full body. So each body part is stimulated three times a week. I have columns, four columns, to jot down my weights, reps and RIR. Four columns per exercises. So I record four weeks of results per page. I always move up weight every week and/or Reps to increase my gains. After four weeks, I adjust my workout exercise list, and another three pages.
I watched the whole video through, and I agree with you completely. I see your message, that masculinity is important, and that there are many people out there who encourage young men to compete with themselves, or to appreciate their physique, and that that advice is the advice that shapes the feminine men who kill themselves. I thank you for your knowledge, I'm glad that you're doing well on this platform, and that you're using your knowledge to help others, to form a group of young men who know how to live, to be masculine. And I assure you, your knowledge works. Last year, I was a feminine, unconfident soy boy who stared at the ground while talking to others, and talked in a quiet, weak voice. I was submissive, didn't have proper social skills, spent my time playing video games, and eating junk food every day. That was until I discovered people like you, or Tate, and now, I'm learning to be masculine. I talk in a louder voice, maintain strong eye contact, work out, barely play video games, and only occasionally eat sugary food (My mom baked some home-made cookies earlier today, for instance.) To summarize, I thank you for your knowledge, and just wanted to tell you that you're changing the lives of many young men, and to keep up the good work. Rest easy, king.
15:56 This is actually VERY interesting. I'm now in a situation where I almost don't even try to get with girls. I do exactly what you say: Do my daily tasks everyday, sleep, repeat. I don't have dates or even message girls now. I will start doing this again since I have been thinking about this purpose/girls dynamic a lot lately.
1) Competition 2) Fighting 3) Diet optimization 4) Weight lifting 5) Speak to beautiful, feminine women 6) Semen retention 7) Stand up straight, shoulders back 8) Improving mental health
27:05 when you said this, I immediately thought "I'm going to do the same in my business". No jokes, no dreams, not one day. I'm already doing it right now.
Thank you for making my 1 year of self improvement journey.. it been more than a year i have been following you i joined your cult when I was extremely addicted thanks hamza, i lost my all addictions because of you and your video.. i made my physique from skinny fat to aesthetic in 1 and half year... I am grateful for you brother. But now brother i can't relate to you brother i don't why, your content i guess i got older and your video stuff is get repeating , i know you are doing it for growth of your channel.. All the best brother for the future bro for UA-cam success... I think i am graduated from hamza cult... Bye hamza brother best relatable mentor... Every body has a different life path, not everyone can become self improvement youtuber.. i think my journey is different so be it ... I miss you old relatable hamza ( ohh shittt it gives me nostalgic feel of how good i enjoyed end 2020-2021 a great progression in my life, but after that 2022 i suffered from extreme mental health issues like schizophrenia but now i am recovered)
@Hamza The competition thing is so on point man. Little story. My parents come from an Arab country. My dad told me that back in the days, their schools were segerated by gender, and the the boys side of the school the teachers were all males. He said that their progress reports were not actually given to them confidentially like they are here in the west, but that on progress report day, the teachers would have a list of everyones grades posted on the front door of the class and it was ordered from best student to worst student with the actual mark on it. By dad told me that school was extremly boring and that he had no actual interest in the content, but what made him actually perfrom well was knowing he had to be better than his classmates. He said that he went from third last on a list to first place. My dad mentioned to me and my brother back in the day when him and I were struggling in school that if the curiculunm was more openly competitive, we would be way more into it. An intersting thing to note is that the reason why in the western world females out perform males in school, is because boys naturally recieve psychological positive reinforement through competition, while girls get this from being rewarded for being obiedant to the teacher. So a guy is driven by wanting to out compete his friends and girls are driven in school by making the teacher happy. I live in Canada and the ciriculum is literally designed to favor the female way. They even took out the concept of winning and losing in physcial education classes.
I'm also from Canada (Mississauga). The teachers would yell at you when sharing report card marks. Those are the same teachers that pushed woke nonsense to my classmates and I.

I usually consider myself masculine. But I want to share an experience where I showed an emotion: During a vacation I met a girl, who was totally into me, I know that for sure. You could tell she was impatient. when we met our 3rd time she ambushed me with a kiss...and so on...she also began to fantasize about how a relationship could work over distance, and I have to admit, we had a great time. By the end of the week she told me a story about a family member who died once, while she was sitting next to her in the hospital. That moment tears ran from my eyes, something I couldn't control. Not because of her Story, but because 3-4 weeks earlier my grandma died right before christmas while I held her hand - I supported her very much in her last 2 years since she had lost my grandfather, at least 5-6 days per week. (That was part of the reason why I took time off and went on a travel through south east asia after she passed away) and I hadn't yet processed that. You could observe in real time how fast this changed her mind and distanced herself emotionally from me, because she couldn't deal with me having tears in my eyes for2 minutes. That's how most women are switched nowadays.
*THIS STORY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE* *Struggling will make you stronger* 💪🏻 Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. He sat down and watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force itself through a tiny hole. Then, it suddenly stopped making progress and looked like it was stuck. Therefore, the man decided to help the butterfly out. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man thought nothing of it, and he sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. However, that never happened. The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with small wings and a swollen body. Despite the man’s kind heart, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small hole were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings to prepare itself for flying once it was free. I Love You ❤️

hey, i am a 16 year old living in australia and i absolutely love your videos and you were one of my biggest insperations and i just wanted to say thank you.
It's amazing how on point these videos are. And the current female mindset isn't helping either. I used to be quite feminine growing up, and i was in a reletionship during my transition from feminine to semi-masculine, and the girl i was with left me, because, and i quote "you lost all control, why are you starting to invest time in sports and the gym NOW, you already have ME, you dont need to get more fit, i love you how you are, blah blah" and when i explained it to her i do it because I want to be proud of myself and to be a good and strong father to my future kid, she just went, no, you do it cuz you want more bitches even tho you have me, we are done... And in the begining, ye, it felt bad for some time that she left, but soon i forgot about her, and am still on the grind of self improvement, so yeah, think this matches one of those sayings "if your partner is not matching your energy, find another partner". Stay on the grind bros, even if you loose your partner in the process, because if they do not apriciate you wanting to be the best version of yourself firstly for yourself, then for her, and finally for your future kids... then just dump her, you will find a more suitable partner down the way.

He’s right about combat sports they really help build your masculine energy But men should know how to work in a team “ tribe “ too so like team sports like football or rugby basketball hell even volleyball kinda gives you a natural sense of how to work with other men

1. Compete: compete with your old self as well as other people.
2. Fighting legally: to unleash primal energy. (Hurt each other but it's a friendly spar)
3. Diet optimization: Cut out Alcohol and Sugar (don't go crazy over it, you can treat yourself on your birthday)
4. Lift weights: Hamza encourage Bodybuilding but you can do anything (Hypertrophy 12-15 reps)
5. Speak to beautiful women: speak to feminine women (Do not allow your desire for women to be suppressed)
6. Semen retention: GET ON NO FAP
7. Stand up straight with your shoulders back: your body language correlates to your position in society.
8. Improve your mental health.
Good luck kings.

we were 4 friends last year in class, I was the weak one who didn't workout and the other 3 were full on superhero body, they started teasing me little by little until I went into callisthenics, six month in and my masculine drive was through the roof it was to the level that people I knew long ago were baffled, that friction between the boys and wanting to be the best while also pushing the others to be a formidable benchmark of your current capabilities gives a burning desire, I could not even sleep without working out that day
That’s crazy
Notes:
Overall increasing your testosterone will also have your mental health be better but remember to focus on it as well.
this deserves more attention

hey hamza , 15 year old here.
You got this man
Your videos have been a lot of help keeping my self improvement on track. I turn 27 today but I know that life isn't over. I have 2 sons to raise and to set a standard for. God bless you man, I hope I can thank you in person some day.

Dear Hamza,
I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and may I just say you have been an inspiration and now I’m going on a journey of self improvement, constantly exercising and reducing the amount of sugary food I eat.

Habits that increase my masculine energy are
1. Going to the gym multiple times a week
2. Cold approaching women
3. Eating clean

Don't whine or complain to a woman - you're the man, you're the one who gets shit done.
dont be flabby
The not flabby part is an extreme bonus to be fair. You should probably change that and become “The Man”
Being flabby is not masculine.

But it does not stop me from being proud of myself and that I'm a man, at least gradually becoming one. So thanks Hamza, you really make a difference in this mad society in which men cannot be proud of their masculinity

I wouldn't consider your comment a rant! lifting weights, being confident and wanting to win is what separates boys from men. You summed it up nicely

It's crazy how more and more people become so feminine because of the effect society can give, we need more people like Hamza to revive the masculine energy that's being taken away from us
because of you im now like Adonis Thank you so much man
LIVE TO DOMINATE!!!!
after a month and a half of watching your videos consistently my life has changed completely
I can tel you have masculine energy just by this comment
Absolutely feeling it. Hamza is coming so far. Hearing him preach. Its inspiring. Its hard truths. Unfiltered.
Great vid man
Now guys lets smash it!
Stay strong bro! Keep it up
As someone born and raised in post soviet country which is now being westernized (Poland) I can see how this is literally infecting society in it.
You have helpt me in so many ways im on day 8 of my fittness thank you
Hamza to be honest, I felt very motivated by you talking about your accomplishments because besides Tate, you are the only person I ever really was able to fully look up to. MWAH
KEEP IT UP KING 👑
i read this quote once and i think its really important and i want others to hear it, "Suffer the pain of discipline, or the pain of regret"
I really appreciate brother it’s amazing ❤
But I'm glad I can do workouts after university, even if I don't feel like it.
you can do it bro
Workout first thing before university. I used to struggle to fit any physical activity after work because a job is draining and I'd be exhausted.
Also check you've optimised your diet. For me I respond better to a ketogenic type plan, mostly carnivore. Some ppl need carbs. We're all different but in many cases the same.
@@anthonyhoffmann5901 Thank you :)
1. Compete
2. Physique
3. Banana, fruits
4. Semen retention
5. Stand up straight with shoulders back, posture
6. Mental health, morning jog
Thank you so much Hamza for making me a more masculine man. ever since I felt you my live got 100% better. 👍🏼💪🏼
1) Competition
2) Fighting
3) Diet optimization
4) Weight lifting
5) Speak to beautiful, feminine women
6) Semen retention
7) Stand up straight, shoulders back
8) Improving mental health
hamza is really helping become a better man after i watch one of his videos all i wanna do is workout and better myself.

On your way king.
Wow this is true i said to push my marks like this during like my childhood😆
I'm also from Canada (Mississauga). The teachers would yell at you when sharing report card marks.
Those are the same teachers that pushed woke nonsense to my classmates and I.

thanks for the video i realise something
I usually consider myself masculine. But I want to share an experience where I showed an emotion:
During a vacation I met a girl, who was totally into me, I know that for sure.
Sorry to hear that brother, hope you are in much better terms with your loss and had found a women more suitable for your needs.
*THIS STORY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE*
*Struggling will make you stronger* 💪🏻
Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon.
I Love You ❤️
Wow, thanks!

27:00 I feel like I have to choose between trusth and lie, and I feel like this is the truth
Nah bro you are still pretty feminine
You need to work harder
@@jonnysons I know, i am still on the grind, bare in mind tho i am 35 years old, and its slightly harder to "teach an old dog new tricks",
@@sasavasiljevic877
35?
Then you have already become a blue pill beta male loser.
Where is the testosterone ?
Where is the rage ?
All your ancestors are looking down at you with shame.
What is the point of being a man if you dont take the body buildings and self improvement grind seriously?
Honestly you should get a gender change surgery because that is a very feminine mindset.
If you want real change, start getting juices. 💉💉💉
ain't no girl gonna sit on your limp ass penis unless you start getting seizures on a regular basis because of the sheer amount of synthesized testosterone flowing in your body.
Listen here and listen good, you self righteous dickhead. First of, the kinda life i had would have broke most men into comiting suicide, and the sheer fact i am still here arguing with your bitch ass proves that i am not a loser, but a man who have faced and overcome many strugles. Now, am i older then you ? Yes i am, however i am still not dead, and for as long as i live i am going to fight for a better future for myself and my family. Also, our goals in life might be very different, as far as i can tell from your replies, your goal is simply to get bitches, where mine is to start a family, one of those goals is what a boy whants, other is what a man wants. And finaly, you atacking a "looser beta male" over the internet shows how insecure you are in your masculinity.
@@sasavasiljevic877 ,
first of all i can tell there is no way your bitchass is 35 😭😭
and i bet there are vintage porn more realistic than your fake ass break up story.
harry styles could prolly come up with a more convincing acting performance than whatever you've written.
The way you've preached about your masculine journey shows that the only one with fragile masculinity is you.
This has lead me to conclude that either you had no strong father figure in your childhood (which is sad and I wish you good health) or he used to watch your mother get railed every night by the whole football team from your locality.
God she's prolly gonna take it in the ass tonight.
Thats right.
Maintain a healthy relationship with everyone around you and read some books so you know how to write a better fiction on the comment section in the next hamza video.
Hamza, I discovered you like 8 weeks into my self improovement path, which is the most beautiful thing that I've done since a very long time, I'm constantly on my way to becoming more of a man, and you are a great inspiration for us, you give us hope, that that which we always dreamed of when we were kids, being the best, having a feminine girl's company, being on top of the world, that these things are not only possible, but NECESSARY, and that there's more people out there that also want this life for real

It's hard to live life as a man without masculine energy. Our main focus should be to be as masculine as possible, as close to as possible. Testosterone makes effort feel good.
