    1. Compete: compete with your old self as well as other people.
    2. Fighting legally: to unleash primal energy. (Hurt each other but it's a friendly spar)
    3. Diet optimization: Cut out Alcohol and Sugar (don't go crazy over it, you can treat yourself on your birthday)
    4. Lift weights: Hamza encourage Bodybuilding but you can do anything (Hypertrophy 12-15 reps)
    5. Speak to beautiful women: speak to feminine women (Do not allow your desire for women to be suppressed)
    6. Semen retention: GET ON NO FAP
    7. Stand up straight with your shoulders back: your body language correlates to your position in society.
    8. Improve your mental health.
    Good luck kings.

Hey do you personally think wrestling ties in with fighting too, not just competing? It is not with fist or sort of striking but it takes a lot of technique and strength.
Also on another note, I feel any MAN can follow these and be extremely happy with themselves, seriously. Ever since I cut out kinda of stuff that is negative and makes me less of a person than I could be, I have been so much happier with myself (I have been slacking and need to get back on track.
Last thing, I believe to myself, the hardest thing on this list to do. Is talk to women. It sounds to weird to say it is hard though it is the most simplistic thing to do, I just get so cautious about what I say and do so I am not considered weird or embarrassed.
(I went a little overboard in ur replies, but that’s what I felt I needed to say to someone)
Good luck on ur journey man 👍

Hypertrophy doesn’t occur in the 12-15 rep range, it could, but there is no set rep range for hypertrophy, the best way to achieve hypertrophy is to progressively overload the weight your lifting and taking every set to failure or 1 RiR

    competition is truly something else
we were 4 friends last year in class, I was the weak one who didn't workout and the other 3 were full on superhero body, they started teasing me little by little until I went into callisthenics, six month in and my masculine drive was through the roof it was to the level that people I knew long ago were baffled, that friction between the boys and wanting to be the best while also pushing the others to be a formidable benchmark of your current capabilities gives a burning desire, I could not even sleep without working out that day

  • @HistoriaMaxima1
    @HistoriaMaxima1 2 роки тому +225

    Notes:
    1. Compete: Compete with others, not just with your older self because that instills motivation and masculine energy inside of you and makes everything more fun and exciting overall, by actively competing in something against your fellow men you awaken something primal inside of you.
    2. Fighting (Legally): Through fighting, it's as if you unleashed your primal energy, and consequentially get more masculine.
    3. Diet optimization: Cut out alcohol and sugar (although all foods have some nowadays, avoid the high-sugar foods such as sweets, pastries, most kinds of cereals etc.). You can treat yourself once every 2-3 months although preferably you should not but it's fine if you have a treat on your birthday or on Christmas.
    4. Resistance training: Train for muscle and strength preferably, however any kind of activity augments your testosterone. Do not worry about "overtraining", you can literally train every day if you wish to, surely our ancestors were almost always doing some kind of physical activity. Just remember to eat well and a lot if you train a lot.
    5. Speak to feminine women: Kind of self-explanatory, also do not allow your desire to be suppressed, it's ok to have dirty thoughts about women when you see a beautiful one.
    6. Be wary of your ejaculation: Get on no-fap and progressively unload your ejaculation frequency, also work on avoiding porn, if you do masturbate, just do it without porn.
    7. Stand up straight with your shoulders back: Your body language correlates to your status and societal position.
    8. Mental health: Improve your mental health, there's a lot of ways to do this, perhaps with a gratitude journal, journaling and especially meditation, good hygiene, good diet, working on something important... Overall increasing your testosterone will also have your mental health be better but remember to focus on it as well.

From my own experience its not that men these days suppress their desire for women, its that women are extremely selective, picky and quick to move on with men. This in turn causes men to interact less with women and overall place less importance on them because they see that a majority of their efforts are fruitless. Unless you got it all together already and have become extremely attractive, most women will turn a blind eye to you. Maybe its just the place I live in, but a majority of the women in my city wont even give a man who is striving to improve himself and is slowly progressing the time of day. They only want men who are the center of attention and already have it all. Even as a man continuing to make progress on self improvement I still get the same amount of attention as I did when I was lazy and unproductive. I dont fear rejection and my confidence has improved significantly but honestly the differences in the results are minuscule at best.

On the semen retention thing, I feel so ashamed afterwards. I literally feel a huge difference in my energy levels and I become lethargic for a while. I usually fall asleep or do nothing and mindlessly scroll on tiktok. Proud to say I havent been on tiktok this week, and I installed apps to help me with semen retention. For a while now, I have been on/off with improvement. The longest I went without social media was a month. I need to try and find habits to do instead of social media and fap, because if I get too bored I instinctively go to it. Everytime I start this, I notice a huge differencence and fail at the peak. That is what is driving me to be better, though. I know that my life can be much better and my energy levels can be much higher if I stop, and each time I start I go for longer. This time I am doing it differently, though. I am not just going to decide to stop, but I am going to take measures to make sure I can't. I installed a porn blocker, deleted social media and uninstalled anything that could provoke me to fap. I need to start hitting the gym, but other than that I also started meditating. I am going to stay on this path, wish me luck.

    Dear Hamza,
I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and may I just say you have been an inspiration and now I’m going on a journey of self improvement, constantly exercising and reducing the amount of sugary food I eat.
Growing up, I never had a father figure and so was grown up by my mother (who am extremely grateful for) but with that there was, I believe, a lack of masculine influence and thus became a literal Jeffery and made friends with disrespectful “friends” but one day something snapped and I knew I was depressed and so I started to become more respectful and started to listen to more people and more masculine figures like my brother and grandfather but i wanted to find out more and I came across this channel and the end of 2022 and since then I’ve been following your advice and since then I’ve been beyond grateful and I wanted to say thank you.

This was literally the video i was looking for. My dad never really taught me how to be a man and my role model was my mum, who was aware of this and made sure she gave me an upbringing thats as masculine as possible. But of course, shes taught me more about what a feminine woman would want to see in a man than what a man wants to see in himself. But this video gives me a glimpse of what masulinity should truly be like, and its not toxic at all. Thanks again hamza, I'll be using your tips.

You don't have to be ripped to be masculine (I'm very flabby), you don't have to be aggressive or very successful, or very sociable. Just don't be a little boy. Don't whine or complain to a woman - you're the man, you're the one who gets shit done.

Hamza I have to tell you, your channel is the best thing that happened to me recently. It opened up my eyes and now I can see that many dudes around me are a bunch of jeffreys who are not proud of their masculinity and call me toxic or aggresive as I am doing those habits. I won't lie that it's really frustrating and tiring, that I do the right thing while people see it as wrong. But it does not stop me from being proud of myself and that I'm a man, at least gradually becoming one. So thanks Hamza, you really make a difference in this mad society in which men cannot be proud of their masculinity

My dad often told me that army conscription (1 year of mandatory army service) turned boys into men and many people that served the army, like him, told me the same thing. I fully agree with this. Often I also heard, that if a guy avoided army service or didn't do it, that girls didn't see him as a proper man and wouldn't date him. I am in the firm belief that one of the greatest mistakes my country made was that we abolished army conscription, as the army gave people discipline, made them tough, deflated their egos and thought them how to work in a group (tribe) or in the best interest of the group (tribe).
These days the problem is that many guys, who should act like men, behave like boys, many of them live in the belief that they are the coolest, most badass people around, but in reality haven't done anything to prove this.
My goal is, that when I finish university, I want to apply for the voluntary 3 month army service.

I love this video. It's become a crucial part for men and especially young men, to look deeper within and unleash their masculine energy. Every week there is more praise for young boys to become more in touch with their feminine side.
It makes very little sense. Giving them a medal or trophy for the 15th place and participation awards is teaching them that no matter how average you are that you get what you want. But in the real grown up world, we must compete, improve and strive for greater things. There's only one #1 spot and if you ever want to be the manager, the winner, the best you have to use muscle, brain and outsmart your opponents. Life isn't easy if you want great things but the rewards are incomparable.
Might be going on a rant here but the above is just a fraction of why MASCULINE Energy shouldn't be shunned on.

I get a lot of shit in all of my friend groups for being both short (and to put it bluntly, because there is no way around it) fat, I find it hard to gain respect for myself. It's annoying because every frind I have has made fun of my appearence, but I've also connected with them on a deeper level, since they helped me through my depression and anxiety. It makes it hard to respect myself when it feels like I get targeted for shit sometimes, and I feel like a shell of what I could be, and I've started to go to the gym, eat heathier, wake up early and go to bed earlier, and more ways of self improvement. Channels like yours have inspired me to be a better person, and I have so much to thank you for, Hamza, and many other channels that have helped me in this shit-show of a world that dehumanizes masculine men, and inspire me to be the best man I can be.

Hamza I believe what really matters at the end of the day is why you feel the need for women in your life. If you feel the need because that's the only way you can feel worthy of love, that's the only way you will believe that you are deserving of love, then it's not the way to go. Especially because your self worth depends on it. I believe attraction should be natural, and something that happens because of the difference between the masculine and feminine as you say. The issue with not being clear about what you say is that many men would start believing that their need for having women in their life is alright when they should be focusing on learning to love themselves. You are worthy of love because you exist, not because you can sleep with multiple women, that's an important caveat to remember.

As someone born and raised in post soviet country which is now being westernized (Poland) I can see how this is literally infecting society in it.
Myself as a kid was competing in literally everything.
I also come from military family, so I had some head start to.
Man in PA classes we even had tree climbing competition organized by our teacher.
    I don't think I had a week in school where I didn't have fight.
I joined boxing and wrestling as I saw them as entertainment.
Later on I joined my club hooligan group and we fought all the time.
    Bare knuckle and no BS.
To say my best friends are the one I met when first fighting with them.
Diet was simple and raw. There was no "organic" food.
    Everything was f*****g organic.
Nothing in shops was packed in plastic.
Butcher was wrapping your meat in paper and that's it.
All veggies and fruits were from local farmers.
Said that we never bought much in shop.
My uncle was a farmer but also a hunter, and we had our own garden.
I ate venison, wild game, fish, raw milk and dairy most of the time.
eggs from our own chickens running outside all the time.
For winter we were slaughtering 2-3 pigs and made our own supplies for winter.
Then potatoes, some grains and loads of fermented food.
We had a gym in my old workshop behind my house.
Raw as fuck, but it was our equivalent of todays Netflix, video games and SM in one.
Older generation of our grandparents who survived war, was passing great values and rules to us.
Today when I look at these wimps with no muscle, no energy for life, no spark in their eyes, scared of any competition I just feel disgusted.
Indulged in their comfort zones, weak, no presence and no resilience.
It still not as bad as in the west, but we're getting there.

Poland had some really beautiful and feminine women. Same as Romania. But slowly they all copy and saying the same sh!t on TikTok from the West, just in their local language. Pretty soon the women want to embrace feminism. Polish men will start to get feminized, and some world government/super dictator will take over, since they're no strong men left to fight.

Towards the end of the video, where you told us how we felt after hearing your rant about your domination in the self improvement space: I felt thankfulness and also a bit of jealousy.
Thankfulness because you do a lots of good for the people that need help. You make the concepts easy to grasp and make it easy for us to implement habits and ideas.
Without you, many people wouldn't have come as far as they are now, including me.
The jealousy i felt came from the success you have. I wish I had this kind of success, not particularly on UA-cam or Social Media, but in Photography and Videography in my case. I wish i had the mental capacity to do university, have a good social life, get good sleep and workout, and to work on my hobby and not feeling exhausted. I don’t think I ever made a comment on your videos, so this would be the first.
I’ll be honest, I used to go to the gym before watching you, but after I did start, I actually got disciplined and my body started to change, like, a LOT. I used to have around 25% bf, now I have around 17% (that took about 8 months because of my diet problems that I mentioned below). That means my abs aren’t really marked like yours, but they already started showing up. I genuinely feel different, like I’m more confident in myself. I started thinking about girls more and everywhere I go they look at me. One of my biggest problems is following the diet, I find it really hard to actually not eat bad things for me. But after watching this video, I made a decision to myself: I will follow everything you said, including the dietary stuff.
I’m going to get a notebook and right everything I need to remember during the day, from smelling good and keeping my tongue on the top of my mouth to working out as hard as I can and maintaining discipline throughout the days.
I live in Brazil, so my classes just started, I will ride my bike for a few minutes everyday so I can get a better health and a good looking body. You seriously changed my way of seeing the world. Now I know that even though I’m not *there* yet, I will be in some time if I push my limits and get the job done.

    • @vvowah
      @vvowah 10 місяців тому

Since you have a notebook, try recording your workouts. It worked wonders for me, as I can literally see my gains, week to week, and I rely LESS on my disciple, and more of following a plan and workout with a purpose.
How many men and especially women, workout at the gym, scrolling their phones between sets and hogging up a machine...no purpose.
Here's what I do, I plan each weekly workout on three pages. Page 1 Monday, page 2 Wednesday page 3 Friday.
Then I list my full body workout for Monday. Exercise name and three working sets. Each time I finish a set, 1. Write down the weight used 2. Reps performed 3. RIR or Reps in Reserve (search Dr Mike, Renessaince Periodization).
I have slightly different exercises for Wednesday and Friday, but all full body. So each body part is stimulated three times a week.
I have columns, four columns, to jot down my weights, reps and RIR. Four columns per exercises.
So I record four weeks of results per page. I always move up weight every week and/or Reps to increase my gains.
After four weeks, I adjust my workout exercise list, and another three pages.

I watched the whole video through, and I agree with you completely. I see your message, that masculinity is important, and that there are many people out there who encourage young men to compete with themselves, or to appreciate their physique, and that that advice is the advice that shapes the feminine men who kill themselves. I thank you for your knowledge, I'm glad that you're doing well on this platform, and that you're using your knowledge to help others, to form a group of young men who know how to live, to be masculine. And I assure you, your knowledge works. Last year, I was a feminine, unconfident soy boy who stared at the ground while talking to others, and talked in a quiet, weak voice. I was submissive, didn't have proper social skills, spent my time playing video games, and eating junk food every day. That was until I discovered people like you, or Tate, and now, I'm learning to be masculine. I talk in a louder voice, maintain strong eye contact, work out, barely play video games, and only occasionally eat sugary food (My mom baked some home-made cookies earlier today, for instance.) To summarize, I thank you for your knowledge, and just wanted to tell you that you're changing the lives of many young men, and to keep up the good work. Rest easy, king.

@Hamza The competition thing is so on point man. Little story. My parents come from an Arab country.
My dad told me that back in the days, their schools were segerated by gender, and the the boys side of the school the teachers were all males. He said that their progress reports were not actually given to them confidentially like they are here in the west, but that on progress report day, the teachers would have a list of everyones grades posted on the front door of the class and it was ordered from best student to worst student with the actual mark on it. By dad told me that school was extremly boring and that he had no actual interest in the content, but what made him actually perfrom well was knowing he had to be better than his classmates. He said that he went from third last on a list to first place. My dad mentioned to me and my brother back in the day when him and I were struggling in school that if the curiculunm was more openly competitive, we would be way more into it. An intersting thing to note is that the reason why in the western world females out perform males in school, is because boys naturally recieve psychological positive reinforement through competition, while girls get this from being rewarded for being obiedant to the teacher. So a guy is driven by wanting to out compete his friends and girls are driven in school by making the teacher happy. I live in Canada and the ciriculum is literally designed to favor the female way. They even took out the concept of winning and losing in physcial education classes.

I usually consider myself masculine. But I want to share an experience where I showed an emotion:
During a vacation I met a girl, who was totally into me, I know that for sure. You could tell she was impatient. when we met our 3rd time she ambushed me with a kiss...and so on...she also began to fantasize about how a relationship could work over distance, and I have to admit, we had a great time. By the end of the week she told me a story about a family member who died once, while she was sitting next to her in the hospital. That moment tears ran from my eyes, something I couldn't control. Not because of her Story, but because 3-4 weeks earlier my grandma died right before christmas while I held her hand - I supported her very much in her last 2 years since she had lost my grandfather, at least 5-6 days per week. (That was part of the reason why I took time off and went on a travel through south east asia after she passed away) and I hadn't yet processed that.
You could observe in real time how fast this changed her mind and distanced herself emotionally from me, because she couldn't deal with me having tears in my eyes for2 minutes. That's how most women are switched nowadays.

*THIS STORY WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE*
*Struggling will make you stronger* 💪🏻
Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. He sat down and watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force itself through a tiny hole. Then, it suddenly stopped making progress and looked like it was stuck.
Therefore, the man decided to help the butterfly out. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings.
The man thought nothing of it, and he sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. However, that never happened. The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with small wings and a swollen body.
Despite the man’s kind heart, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small hole were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings to prepare itself for flying once it was free.
    I Love You ❤️

It's amazing how on point these videos are. And the current female mindset isn't helping either. I used to be quite feminine growing up, and i was in a reletionship during my transition from feminine to semi-masculine, and the girl i was with left me, because, and i quote "you lost all control, why are you starting to invest time in sports and the gym NOW, you already have ME, you dont need to get more fit, i love you how you are, blah blah" and when i explained it to her i do it because I want to be proud of myself and to be a good and strong father to my future kid, she just went, no, you do it cuz you want more bitches even tho you have me, we are done... And in the begining, ye, it felt bad for some time that she left, but soon i forgot about her, and am still on the grind of self improvement, so yeah, think this matches one of those sayings "if your partner is not matching your energy, find another partner". Stay on the grind bros, even if you loose your partner in the process, because if they do not apriciate you wanting to be the best version of yourself firstly for yourself, then for her, and finally for your future kids... then just dump her, you will find a more suitable partner down the way.

      35?
Then you have already become a blue pill beta male loser.
      Where is the testosterone ?
      Where is the rage ?
All your ancestors are looking down at you with shame.
What is the point of being a man if you dont take the body buildings and self improvement grind seriously?
Honestly you should get a gender change surgery because that is a very feminine mindset.
If you want real change, start getting juices. 💉💉💉
ain't no girl gonna sit on your limp ass penis unless you start getting seizures on a regular basis because of the sheer amount of synthesized testosterone flowing in your body.

Listen here and listen good, you self righteous dickhead. First of, the kinda life i had would have broke most men into comiting suicide, and the sheer fact i am still here arguing with your bitch ass proves that i am not a loser, but a man who have faced and overcome many strugles. Now, am i older then you ? Yes i am, however i am still not dead, and for as long as i live i am going to fight for a better future for myself and my family. Also, our goals in life might be very different, as far as i can tell from your replies, your goal is simply to get bitches, where mine is to start a family, one of those goals is what a boy whants, other is what a man wants. And finaly, you atacking a "looser beta male" over the internet shows how insecure you are in your masculinity.

      @@sasavasiljevic877 ,
first of all i can tell there is no way your bitchass is 35 😭😭
and i bet there are vintage porn more realistic than your fake ass break up story.
harry styles could prolly come up with a more convincing acting performance than whatever you've written.
The way you've preached about your masculine journey shows that the only one with fragile masculinity is you.
This has lead me to conclude that either you had no strong father figure in your childhood (which is sad and I wish you good health) or he used to watch your mother get railed every night by the whole football team from your locality.
God she's prolly gonna take it in the ass tonight.
      Thats right.
Maintain a healthy relationship with everyone around you and read some books so you know how to write a better fiction on the comment section in the next hamza video.
